Rang Besson's, who we have used before (they fitted our new boiler last year upon recommendation from a friend), and as previously, they came in on the agreed date at the agreed time. The service offered by the whole team is second to none, from the courtesy call in the morning to the completion of the job. Dave was professional throughout, put shoe protectors on to prevent contamination of carpets and flooring from outside weather, checked the heat output from all radiators, balanced the system and explained how to keep the radiators working efficiently throughout the house. Would highly recommend them to friends & family and anyone reading this review, we would give 10 stars if we could.

New Boiler, shower and service
At the beginning of 2024 Beeson took out our old boiler and tank system from the loft, and fitted us a lovely new combi boiler. At the same time, they also fitted a new shower. A team came and fitted them both in a couple of days, taking away all of the old parts that we did not need. They even filled in the gap in the wall from the old boiler with bricks that are a perfect match to the originals. They put boarding and brackets in the loft for the new boiler and made everything safe and secure. They did a great job, and we have now enjoyed our new combi boiler and shower that is always the perfect temperature for a year. Beesons called us to arranged a convenient time to carry out the first service and all went well.

Had a leak in the bedroom, Cole located the problem on radiator and it was fixed promptly. While he was here he checked all my radiators and adjusted pressure on my boiler. Lovely young lad and a great workman. Would definitely recommend using Beesons .

Installation of a Combi Boiler

We have used Beeson Plumbing and Heating for a number of years, for boiler servicing and replacement of old radiators and valves. The latest work to be carried out was to replace our old boiler system and hot water tank with a combi boiler, a 3 day task. All the work from the very start was carried out very professionally and great care was taken to ensure all carpets and fittings were protected. Any questions asked were answered and explained. Once more this was an extremely professional job by a very competent company. We have no hesitation in recommending Beeson Plumbing and Heating.

After discovering an under-floor water leak in our kitchen one evening we contacted Beesons the following morning and before lunchtime a plumber had arrived. The job was quickly assessed together with an additional leak from the emersion cylinder which had suddenly appeared the same morning, and a price was confirmed which we were happy to approve. Work began straight away to channel out the concrete floor to locate where the water pipe was leaking which took some perseverance. In the meantime, an additional plumber and apprentice arrived to deal with the emersion cylinder. By teatime, all was complete including re-concreting of the floor and everything was left clean and tidy. This was our first experience of using Beeson Plumbing & Heating Ltd and we are very impressed, to say the least. They are without doubt a first-class business. All the team are friendly, efficient, and know their work inside out. We were kept informed throughout and our home was treated with respect. Despite our initial worry at finding water seeping through the kitchen floor Beesons turned out to be our knights in shining armour!

The boiler was efficiently serviced by the engineer. He was able to point out the fault in the boiler and the repair was set up for 31st October. The engineers who came were efficient, very polite and worked quickly on the job. Communication with the office was also very good and the telephone operator was very efficient in sorting timings and dates
