Dave Beeson has assembled a team of craftsmen (not just tradesmen) who take great pride in their work, which was completed to a very high standard over 2 days. The work was completed to time and budget. Everything was put back tidily after the work was finished. The team even found the time to make a new floor to the airing cupboard, where the old floorboards had split when being lifted. Sub-contractors (electrician and brickie) were equally professional. The replacement brickwork for the flue was particularly impressive.

Dave Beeson visited our home and listened to our central heating problems. He explained really clearly what work needed to be done to solve these. The quote was issued promptly. The start date for work to commence was quick. A team of 3 excellent workers turned up on time and were polite, professional and helpful. They were very understanding and thoughtful to our needs, as we have 3 nervous indoor cats and an autistic son, who have all survived a completely new central system being installed over 3 days! All radiators, old pipes and the boiler were removed at the end of each day. The team in the office are all really helpful and friendly too. We will definitely be using them for more work and they'll be back annually to service our new boiler. We would highly recommend this company to everyone, and in fact already have!

I wanted to ensure a gas fire in the house was safe to use as, although it looked ok, there were no records of any previous checks being completed. Contacted Beeson who were quick to respond and a date was arranged. David arrived in good time and the service was carried out. Every care was taken to keep the floors, carpet, and surrounding areas clean and tidy. The whole fire was removed, cleaned, and checked. It had been overloaded with 'coals' and wasn't burning correctly as a result. It was also discovered the fire was over 8Kwh rather than the 6.8Kwh as stated on the supplied paperwork. Sadly we cannot safely use the fire anymore and it has reached the end of its usable life. Although disappointed with the result, safety has to come first with these things and the fire will be replaced in due course. I have also asked for a quote to complete some additional work and will have no hesitation in using Beeson again.

Thank you for this very honest review. Safety first and foremost. Gas safety first. Delivering the news of an appliance renewal is not what the customer wants to hear ,however ,delivering a detailed examination and collecting the data from the existing appliance and matching this with gas safe regulations is the only option. Ventilation and the exhaust of products of combustion and how the appliance is set up is imperative. You have piece of mind knowing you and your family are safe in your home and the works are carried out by trained qualified competent engineers who have the back up of a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience. We have used this very professional firm for all our plumbing needs over the decade from a full Bathroom refurbishment into a stunning tiled Shower room, a completely new Central heating system and new radiators to yesterday's request to fix the Shower support rail. So no job too small either! Every time our requests have been dealt with promptly, professionally and to an exceptionally high standard. The Plumbers themselves are a reflection of the care and attention to detail that has made Beeson's the only choice we would make when we need such services. We cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Need a plumber, please, look no further you won't be disappointed.

Discovered a leak in my kitchen and contacted Beeson. Despite being very busy Mark did everything he could to help in order to get it repaired. Cole the plumber came attended the very next day and had it sorted within 10 minutes. Top job guys, thankyou very much. Will definitely use again.

Beesons have been servicing my boiler for the last five years an I have found them to be professional, punctual, freindly and well presented. The attention to detail and advice regarding future additional works means trouble free year. My original appointment this years was postponed due to unforseen circumstances on their part but I was contacted immediately to arrange another date and time which was backed up with another call to say the engineer was on his way.

A thorough strip down and flush out of the heat exchanger ,filter clean ,condensate trap clean and flush along with safety checking the controls and analysing the boiler.We check your gas for safety and issue certification and an invoice which can be paid for on a card machine or through the bank ,where we will issue you with a receipt and contact you the next year for a reminder. I contacted Beeson plumbing & heating to disconnect our gas cooker then reconnect at a later date. The service was great. They promptly turned up on date booked. Even fitted us in early to reconnect cooker. The gas engineer was really polite & kept us informed about any problems & was swiftly rectified. Would highly recommend & will use them again in the future.

On 24th April my wife smelled gas in the bedroom where our boiler is located. We called the gas emergency line, an engineer came out and found a leaking pipe. The boiler was isolated and the gas supply was capped off. The was around 9.40pm. Due to a recent family medical treatment, we need hot water and heating pretty much on demand. I called Beeson Plumbing & Heating Ltd at this late time and much to my surprise the call was answered by the owner, Dave Beeson. I explained our situation and he said he would get back to me the next morning at 7.30am when he could speak to his team and check the diary for availability. At exactly 7.30am on the 25th April, I received a call from one of the company's engineers Craig. He confirmed his availability and arrived at my door for 8am as arranged. He was polite and thorough and the whole job was completed in under an hour. No mess, no fuss but best of all, an old fashioned, diligent attitude and fully explaining to me what was being done. What a superb company to deal with.
