New Boiler, shower and service
At the beginning of 2024 Beeson took out our old boiler and tank system from the loft, and fitted us a lovely new combi boiler. At the same time, they also fitted a new shower. A team came and fitted them both in a couple of days, taking away all of the old parts that we did not need. They even filled in the gap in the wall from the old boiler with bricks that are a perfect match to the originals. They put boarding and brackets in the loft for the new boiler and made everything safe and secure. They did a great job, and we have now enjoyed our new combi boiler and shower that is always the perfect temperature for a year. Beesons called us to arranged a convenient time to carry out the first service and all went well.

I recently had the annual service to my boiler performed by Beeson Plumming, as they originally installed the present boiler when the old one broke down one cold and dark wintery Christmas Day, Dave Beeson himself came out and brought some heating appliances for us to use until the central heating was back, up and running. Exemplary service above and beyond the norm. As per usual the engineer arrived on time on the day of the service booking and after fitting some shoe covers over his boots, proceeded promptly and efficiently to service the boiler, with no noise or fuss. In fact he was so efficient and quiet that I was surprised by him when he told me he had finished, as I had forgotten he was in the house. Excellent service.

Right from the beginning when we met for an initial chat and quote we have found everyone connected to this Company friendly, professional and efficient. They started the job when they said they would and completed on time. They left overnight clean and tidy and were always cleaning up after themselves. Nothing was too much trouble, we would recommend this Company. The office staff were also efficient and professional with manuals, guarantees etc. They have done an excellent job which we are very happy with.

I was really impressed with the way Dave Beeson and his lads sorted a leak out that had rotted the cabinet over time. They came straight away, repaired the leak, put in a new shower screen and cabinet without any disruption to me, leaving a very clean, tidy job. A job well done in a very professional way. Excellent service. Turned up on time and left the house immaculate. Covered carpets with a protective film and wore over shoe covers - absolutely faultless. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

On one of the coldest days of the year, boiler broke, engineer called within an hour. Spent a couple of hours trying to repair unsuccessfully (very old boiler). Their office rang me, went through options and costs. New boiler fitted the very next day, no mess, no hassle, great team.
