I've had a few issues with my boiler and Covid coming along meant it had been neglected on the service side of things. I spoke to a knowledgeable chap on the phone, asking if I had a baxi boiler, just from me giving the error message I kept getting. The engineer was friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. He stripped out the boiler, serviced and tested it all and ordered the parts needed for it to be fixed. When he arrived with the parts, there was an issue with the part not being suitable (these things happen anyway). He was straight on his phone to double and triple check if there was a mistake on the order front. He went above and beyond what he needed to do just to make sure the job was done. He also rang cadent to double check if there was a fault on my mains gas (which he was right about). He was absolutely bang on time which is a nice difference when calling a plumber! Thanks Beesons, you've got a new customer for life now.

We had a boiler fitted by Beesons in 2018. From the first point of contact with Dave Beeson his company could not do enough for us. He promptly came out to give us quote and within a matter of days we had a new boiler installed. His employees were amazing and very polite and respectful of our home when they came to do the job. Recently we had an issue with the thermostat and after contacting Beesons and speaking to Mark and Dave they were so helpful and gave us brilliant advice. I would highly recommend this amazing family run company to any one with plumbing needs or issues.

I can only highly praise Dave Beeson and his lads and also not forgetting Mark in the office. Mine was a straightforward boiler service which Jamie did very professionally, friendly and cleanly. Now at my daughter's house was a little different. A new larger radiator was fitted in the bathroom with no disruption or mess by Cole. He then fitted a new seal to the shower screen. It was the silicone around the bath that he managed to do with great care as there were a few loose tiles that we didn’t want to disturb which would have created a big headache to my daughter. Always a very professional friendly helpful and very clean company to deal with. A big thank you

Absolutely first class. Delivered what they promised. Excellent communications. Arrived when they agreed. First class plumbing craft skills. Swiftly resolved problems with faulty new Honeywell valves. A pleasure to deal with. At the upper end of the price scale but worth every penny. Will certainly use them again.

I wanted to ensure a gas fire in the house was safe to use as, although it looked ok, there were no records of any previous checks being completed. Contacted Beeson who were quick to respond and a date was arranged. David arrived in good time and the service was carried out. Every care was taken to keep the floors, carpet, and surrounding areas clean and tidy. The whole fire was removed, cleaned, and checked. It had been overloaded with 'coals' and wasn't burning correctly as a result. It was also discovered the fire was over 8Kwh rather than the 6.8Kwh as stated on the supplied paperwork. Sadly we cannot safely use the fire anymore and it has reached the end of its usable life. Although disappointed with the result, safety has to come first with these things and the fire will be replaced in due course. I have also asked for a quote to complete some additional work and will have no hesitation in using Beeson again.

I would recommend Beeson Plumbing & Heating. A quick response from a very competent, polite and hardworking team. The work was done by four very capable lads Jamie, Thurston, Campbell and Cole. An excellent conversion from an old back boiler to a new combi and radiators. They kept me up to date throughout and resolved any arising issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We've used Beesons on numerous occasions, from smaller jobs such as replacing kitchen taps to full boiler service and other services. They are always excellent. We have used this very professional firm for all our plumbing needs over the decade from a full Bathroom refurbishment into a stunning tiled Shower room, a completely new Central heating system and new radiators to yesterday's request to fix the Shower support rail. So no job too small either! Every time our requests have been dealt with promptly, professionally and to an exceptionally high standard. The Plumbers themselves are a reflection of the care and attention to detail that has made Beeson's the only choice we would make when we need such services. We cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Need a plumber, please, look no further you won't be disappointed.

This is a first class company. They have been servicing our gas boiler annually since we moved in five years ago. So pleased we found them. We receive a phone call shortly before the service is due, to arrange a date and time. The engineers are always on time, polite and very pleasant - they wear overshoes to protect our floors, a most considerate touch. As far as I can remember the charge has not increased at all, certainly not for the last few years...think this must be something of a record! As far as someone who knows nothing about gas boilers can tell, they do a first class job! We have had no problems whatsoever with the central heating and hot water systems. We would recommend this company without hesitation. Long may they prosper.
