I had my annual boiler service carried out by Beesons Plumbing and Heating. Excellent service. Kye the engineer found a part that had a crack and the gas pressure was slightly low. Kye rang Cadent who came round and did a thorough gas leak check. None found. The gas pressure was then increased at the meter. Two days later Kye came to fit the new part. People say that Beesons Plumbing and Heating are a little expensive. They may be but you always get excellent service. Worth paying that little bit more. Thank you Beesons Heating and Plumbing.

Repairing a dripping tap.

I had a dripping tap and rang Beeson Plumbing & Heating. The same day an engineer came round to assess the work that needed doing. Two days later the dripping tap was fixed. The delay was due to the need to order a part. Although it was a little job it was done to a high standard and efficiently. I’ve also had a new boiler fitted and serviced by Beeson Plumbing. Great service.

We have used this company to service and maintain our boiler for several years now, have been very impressed with them - prompt, helpful, efficient and very pleasant, therefore we had no qualms about calling them out to sort out a problem with a couple of radiators. Again, the same prompt, first-class service. The engineer (Dave) took time to thoroughly investigate and track down the fault. He explained what he was doing, sorted out the problem and got everything working beautifully. He refused to take payment immediately as he wanted us to be sure the system was continuing to work properly over the next few days. Incidentally, the bill was very reasonable. Cannot recommend the company highly enough.

I have had my boiler serviced; everything was on time. They did an excellent job, very polite and very tidy after leaving. The same with the gas fire that was serviced. Everything fine.

I had a problem with my Pressurised Unvented Hot Water System. I phoned Beeson and the next day they sent a certificated, qualified and experienced engineer who was on time, friendly, helpful, Covid compliant and went on to quickly diagnose and repair the fault. I highly recommend Beeson and I will use them again for all my plumbing and heating work in the future.

I opened my back door and noticed that water was pouring out of the overflow pipe. Didn't see it the day before as it was raining. Typical. I suspected the ballcock had failed in my header tank as this had happened before. I phoned Beeson and told them the problem and the earliest they could send someone was first thing the following morning. I was advised to turn my water off (I am on a water meter) and only put it on if I needed to. I duly looked at my meter and it was whizzing round so it was swiftly turned off. The following day, Dave from Beeson turned up. I pointed to the direction of the bathroom upstairs and with tools in hand he proceeded. Now bear in mind the header tank is above the emmersion heater in an airing cupboard so there is not much space above it to work in. Dave managed to overcome such adversities and in what seemed no time at all he was asking for the water to be turned back on but only half way. "Half way?" I ask. "Just in case theres a problem" was Dave's response. And a problem there was. Water gushed out the overflow pipe again. It turned out it was a valve in the toilet cistern that was the issue although it should be noted that the ballcock was on it's way out. Dave didn't have any replacement parts for the cistern so he took pictures of the valve (for future reference as it will need replacing), and he cleaned and descaled it as best he could. It works fine for now and I was charged what I was quoted. Dave, you're a star. Thank you.

Needing a boiler service I rang yesterday and was offered a choice of appointments. The engineer turned up exactly in the time frame stated and fully explained what he would do. When complete, he fully explained again the completed work. As he had a card machine, payment was simple and convenient. I was also informed that Beeson's would remind me when my service was due next year, which saves me noting it! Excellent service all round. Fully recommended.
