Very friendly and highly competent engineer serviced the combi boiler and gas fire on one visit. He explained what he was doing and completed the jobs with the minimum of fuss and left everything clean and tidy and as good as new. Very good advert for the trade. Thanks Pete G

Arrived promptly at 8am. Worked hard, stayed late to ensure we had hot water. Friendly staff, easy to engage with. Tidied up after job was finished, explained how everything worked before leaving.
