The boiler was efficiently serviced by the engineer. He was able to point out the fault in the boiler and the repair was set up for 31st October. The engineers who came were efficient, very polite and worked quickly on the job. Communication with the office was also very good and the telephone operator was very efficient in sorting timings and dates

Had a leak in the bedroom, Cole located the problem on radiator and it was fixed promptly. While he was here he checked all my radiators and adjusted pressure on my boiler. Lovely young lad and a great workman. Would definitely recommend using Beesons .

New Boiler, shower and service
At the beginning of 2024 Beeson took out our old boiler and tank system from the loft, and fitted us a lovely new combi boiler. At the same time, they also fitted a new shower. A team came and fitted them both in a couple of days, taking away all of the old parts that we did not need. They even filled in the gap in the wall from the old boiler with bricks that are a perfect match to the originals. They put boarding and brackets in the loft for the new boiler and made everything safe and secure. They did a great job, and we have now enjoyed our new combi boiler and shower that is always the perfect temperature for a year. Beesons called us to arranged a convenient time to carry out the first service and all went well.

Would highly recommend Beesons. They arranged an engineer on the day the boiler failed and within 4 days we had a new boiler. Dave explained all the options available in detail. We received the quote on the same day and decommissioning of the old boiler began immediately. Craig was great at arranging the quotes and keeping us informed throughout the process. Campbell installed the new boiler with no disruption whatsoever. The whole team were very respectful of the property, wearing cover-ups and cleaning up. Everyone was very friendly, professional and thorough. Amazing Customer Service from start to finish. We wouldn’t use anyone else

A big thank you to David and his team for carrying out a full refurbishment to my bathroom of which I am delighted with. Of what I thought would be a daunting experience turned out to be anything but. Right from the start when I first met Dave I felt I was in good hands which turned out to be the case. From the quotation to completion everything was done professionally. His Bathroom Fitters are had working, friendly, efficient, punctual and respectful of my property. When I made a comment to Dave that the bathroom cabinet was fixed too high on the wall (I had asked them to do so, so it was my fault entirely), they took it down and re-refitted it to my new specification without batting an eye-lid! What fantastic service! Also a big thank you to the office staff for keeping me updated throughout.

Following earlier repair to shower decided on full refurbishment of bathroom. Contacted Beesons and initial visit made followed by visit to City Plumbing. Design created using CAD. Quote from Beesons accepted and work went ahead. Julian, Morgan and Jack worked expertly and with skill. Each day they told us what was planned. Work completed on time. Final result exceeded our expectations. Excellent service from the whole Beesons Team!

Paul arrived promptly at given time and viewed the job in hand. He explained to me the process step by step of the work needed. The replacement ball cock in the water tank was replaced quickly and tested. Paul was a very nice and knowledgeable engineer and wore protective footwear..

Following a leak in the existing GCB of this rental Property, located in the loft area of the bungalow, It was replaced by a new Worchester Boiler located inside the old airing cupboard on ground floor " days due to rotten roof timbers and new tiles to fill in the hole left by old flue but all left neat and tidy afterwards this visit was Gas safety check all ok and again professionally carried out as usual Would highly recommend this company and its Professional Qualified Engineers also caring as we are both disabled too So no doubts as to their work , its standard or its reliability and any problems they are just a call away

He had been running late due to issues at a previous call, but ensured that we were updated on his arrival delay by his office, from where Mark kept us updated on his revised arrival time. Boiler was serviced efficiently and the premises were left in a tidy and clean condition. I can certainly recommend this company for boiler service and other plumbing & heating requirements.

I was really impressed with the way Dave Beeson and his lads sorted a leak out that had rotted the cabinet over time. They came straight away, repaired the leak, put in a new shower screen and cabinet without any disruption to me, leaving a very clean, tidy job. A job well done in a very professional way.
