Being newish to the area was looking for a professional company to service and guide on my gas central heating - tried one of the "big" companies then a friend advised me she used Beeson's and being a widow like me we needed honest/professional service. So I tried them last year and have no hesitation in using them again this year and will continue to do so as I try to support local tradespeople. Good customer service - knowledgeable service support and competitive pricing.

Our boiler stopped working on Thursday. Which meant no hot water. Beesons was recommended by my daughter, as they had done some work for her. I rang them on Thursday and a plumber called the following day to do a diagnostic. Unfortunately, we required a new boiler. I received a quote that same day and rang on Monday morning to accept. They started work straightaway. The workmen were brilliant. Left no mess. Gave full instructions for the new boiler. Very professional and polite. I would recommend them to anybody. I even received a bouquet of flowers.

We used Beeson services in 2022 and were so impressed by the whole service and ongoing quality of our bath/shower mixer that we contacted them again on 13th January to replace kitchen and bathroom sink taps. We had a quote within 24 hours and the work was efficiently organised and completed within 4 days. All the staff have been friendly, very helpful, efficient and highly professional. Mark sorted the quote and booked our appointment. From start to finish we felt assured that Beeson will do an excellent job. The price was excellent and very competitive. Repairs required on the lavatory and washing machine caused some disruption to daily routines. Beesons were able to come to the rescue within a couple of days and though the repairs took a little longer than expected, due to parts having to be ordered, the jobs were completed within the week. The plumbers were quick, efficient and polite and cleaned up after their work had been completed. Contact with the office was courteous and clear in what the costs would be and how to pay the invoice. Overall a smooth and clear involvement with the company and their plumbers.

Right from the beginning when we met for an initial chat and quote we have found everyone connected to this Company friendly, professional and efficient. They started the job when they said they would and completed on time. They left overnight clean and tidy and were always cleaning up after themselves. Nothing was too much trouble, we would recommend this Company. The office staff were also efficient and professional with manuals, guarantees etc. They have done an excellent job which we are very happy with.

I called Beeson's regarding the removal of a gas fire and capping off the gas point. A fitter arrived only a couple of hours later and completed the job in less than an hour. The service was excellent and the fitter also took the old fire away We are more than happy and would certainly recommend the company.

The team at Beeson were able to get me booked in very quickly for an issue with my boiler holding pressure. Paul came out and found the problem very quickly, and took the time to explain to me the cause of the issue, and had my heating back working within a half an hour. Also helped to identify some potential future problems with radiators and organised for a quote, without applying any pressure to me.

I initially contacted the company regarding an annual boiler service; this was undertaken in a thorough, friendly and professional manner at a competitive cost (also in accordance with the estimate). A potential minor defect was also identified and repaired in a subsequent visit. The previous six service visits by another company was not of the same professional standard and I shall certainly use Beeson's services again. Highly recommended.

Paul arrived spot on time at 1pm and introduced himself with a friendly smile. He was very respectful of my carpets, wearing shoe covers all the time. He worked in a professional and informative way, chatting to me all the while. He was clean and tidy and this reflected in his work. There were odd difficulties as one would expect with this kind of work but he approached them slowly and confidently. The work was done and dusted in just about an hour, tested for leaks and my bathroom left clean and tidy. What more could one expect.
