I initially contacted the company regarding an annual boiler service; this was undertaken in a thorough, friendly and professional manner at a competitive cost (also in accordance with the estimate). A potential minor defect was also identified and repaired in a subsequent visit. The previous six service visits by another company was not of the same professional standard and I shall certainly use Beeson's services again. Highly recommended.

I received a courtesy call to say the engineer was ahead of schedule and agreed he could come earlier which showed great communication with customers. Having had a minor leak since installation the engineer solved the issue in no time explaining the work he had completed. He wore overshoes throughout his visit and was very courteous at all times, a credit to Beesons. Thank you.

The fact that I was his first call of the day (8am) was much appreciated. I find Beeson,s absolutely reliable and efficient. very helpful as they couldn't fit me in until the 19th of December in a old property for my boiler needed a new expansion unit. Craig rang to say he had been in touch with Worcester boilers and they could fit me in much sooner and would have the part. he even gave me the telephone number. how good is that. Also a lady on my own own feel very confident with the engineers. When the boiler is due its service they are good to remind you. They strip the boiler down and do a really good job. I feel very confident with them. thank you Beesons.

The two lads came bang on time at 8am and worked hard all day, replacing a toilet. They left no mess behind and were very friendly throughout. I have to admit, they seemed a little more expensive than other companies, but the good communication, explanation of work involved and the quality of the work made me trust them….I’ve had my fingers burnt in the past with a cheap plumber!

Beesons installed a new boiler and radiators last year for us. They did a great job, and the aftercare was excellent. This year, they serviced the boiler and sorted out a shower problem. I have had several jobs done by Beesons and have always been completely satisfied with their work. This time it was a new en suite shower room. The lads are always polite and hard working; they respect my home and always clean up at the end of the day. I am delighted with the shower room. It looks lovely. The workmanship is excellent, and they took great care to make sure everything was as I wanted it. It took longer than we expected because of unforeseen delays - not of their making, mainly because of the suppliers of the various components - but I was kept updated by someone from the office regarding these problems, for which I was very appreciative.

Our boiler was faulty and required a new gas valve and injector kit. After calling Beesons, they had us booked in for inspection the next day. Work undertaken to relocate old boiler out of kitchen into vestibule nearby and installation of new Ideal Combi boiler with additional radiators. Quality of work was excellent by very professional team of heating engineers and completed within the time previously advised. Excellent service from initial enquiry, to site visit the following day to view and cost work. Timescale from emailed quotation to installation very speedy. No interruptions during the installation works, and fully cleared up behind themselves. Excellent value for money as additional work undertaken whilst on site, and delighted with finished results.
