The service of our gas boiler was carried out by Dave from Beeson Plumbing and Heating. Dave was on time, explained clearly what he was doing and was polite and friendly. He clearly explained a couple of minor changes he made.

I phoned Beeson Plumbers on a very cold Sunday morning, when our ‘Ideal’ heating stopped working. David Beeson called me back immediately and quickly identified the problem over the phone by asking a few key questions. He helped me to fix the problem over the phone as he was not in our local area. He spent 40 minutes on the phone explaining what I needed to do step by step. The issue was due to icy conditions and a frozen pipe. I was so relieved to solve the issue with David’s help. I appreciated the fact it was a Sunday morning on one of the coldest days in January, which without David’s expert advice could have ruined our weekend. He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you for helping us, we would know what to do if this ever happened again.

We're new to the area and needed some leaky towel rail heaters fixed and thermostats replaced on five radiators in our property. One was actually leaking so it needed to be done pretty fast. We tried calling someone who seemed like he actually didn't want the work and couldn't understand the urgency of the situation. So then I called Beesons and I'm so glad I did. From the initial call when I spoke with Mark, everything was perfect. Mark was understanding about the issue and promised to get someone out that afternoon to assess and quote for the job and was sure they'd be able to do it the next day. Not long after the call, Mark called me back and said the owner of the company was close to where we live so he would be with us in ten minutes. Sure enough, he was. A lovely guy, friendly, professional and reassuring. After he left, I had a quote through by phone and email within a couple of hours and was told the job could be done first thing in the morning at 8am. The price was good so I went ahead. Sure enough, Cole and Jack arrived just before 8am today and have completed the job. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous and were extremely respectful of our property. They did the job brilliantly. We're extremely happy with the service we received from Beeson. They'll be our 'go to' company if we ever need any more work done and we highly recommend them. Rang Besson's, who we have used before (they fitted our new boiler last year upon recommendation from a friend), and as previously, they came in on the agreed date at the agreed time. The service offered by the whole team is second to none, from the courtesy call in the morning to the completion of the job. Dave was professional throughout, put shoe protectors on to prevent contamination of carpets and flooring from outside weather, checked the heat output from all radiators, balanced the system and explained how to keep the radiators working efficiently throughout the house. Would highly recommend them to friends & family and anyone reading this review, we would give 10 stars if we could.

At the beginning of 2024 Beeson took out our old boiler and tank system from the loft, and fitted us a lovely new combi boiler. At the same time, they also fitted a new shower. A team came and fitted them both in a couple of days, taking away all of the old parts that we did not need. They even filled in the gap in the wall from the old boiler with bricks that are a perfect match to the originals. They put boarding and brackets in the loft for the new boiler and made everything safe and secure. They did a great job, and we have now enjoyed our new combi boiler and shower that is always the perfect temperature for a year. Beesons called us to arranged a convenient time to carry out the first service and all went well.

This is the first time that I used Beeson Plumbing and Heating. They replaced an old boiler. The guys were punctual, professional and polite. The work of this company is very well organised and communication with me was excellent. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to friends.

Had a leak in the bedroom, Cole located the problem on radiator and it was fixed promptly. While he was here he checked all my radiators and adjusted pressure on my boiler. Lovely young lad and a great workman. Would definitely recommend using Beesons .

We have used Beeson Plumbing and Heating for a number of years, for boiler servicing and replacement of old radiators and valves. The latest work to be carried out was to replace our old boiler system and hot water tank with a combi boiler, a 3 day task. All the work from the very start was carried out very professionally and great care was taken to ensure all carpets and fittings were protected. Any questions asked were answered and explained. Once more this was an extremely professional job by a very competent company. We have no hesitation in recommending Beeson Plumbing and Heating.

After discovering an under-floor water leak in our kitchen one evening we contacted Beesons the following morning and before lunchtime a plumber had arrived. The job was quickly assessed together with an additional leak from the emersion cylinder which had suddenly appeared the same morning, and a price was confirmed which we were happy to approve. Work began straight away to channel out the concrete floor to locate where the water pipe was leaking which took some perseverance. In the meantime, an additional plumber and apprentice arrived to deal with the emersion cylinder. By teatime, all was complete including re-concreting of the floor and everything was left clean and tidy. This was our first experience of using Beeson Plumbing & Heating Ltd and we are very impressed, to say the least. They are without doubt a first-class business. All the team are friendly, efficient, and know their work inside out. We were kept informed throughout and our home was treated with respect. Despite our initial worry at finding water seeping through the kitchen floor Beesons turned out to be our knights in shining armour!

We have used Beesons plumbing and heating for fitting and servicing our boiler. Now they have changed our shower. Friendly staff and very efficient. Everywhere left spotless, nothing is too much trouble for the team. Wouldn't use any other company.

The boiler was efficiently serviced by the engineer. He was able to point out the fault in the boiler and the repair was set up for 31st October. The engineers who came were efficient, very polite and worked quickly on the job. Communication with the office was also very good and the telephone operator was very efficient in sorting timings and dates

I needed to get my boiler serviced and was recommended Beesons by a friend. I rang to book in and got a suitable date, turned up on time on the day we arranged. The engineer was friendly and completed the work in a satisfactory manner. Would use them again.

Having noticed my boiler had become noisy of late, I immediately contacted Beesons, my go-to plumbing and heating people. I've used this company for several years to carry out annual boiler services and fit new plumbing in my shower and have always been pleased with their prompt, efficient and friendly service. This occasion was no exception - an engineer was promptly dispatched and it was decided that it might be worth fitting a shock arrestor. He did warn me that this might not solve the problem (this proved to be the case) and that as the boiler was still under warranty, he advised me that it was a good idea to contact the manufacturer. The problem has now been resolved. Throughout, Beeson's engineer kept me fully informed of what he was doing. The work was completed promptly and to the quoted price, and I would have no hesitation recommending Beesons for any plumbing/heating work.

Repairs required on the lavatory and washing machine caused some disruption to daily routines. Beesons were able to come to the rescue within a couple of days and though the repairs took a little longer than expected, due to parts having to be ordered, the jobs were completed within the week. The plumbers were quick, efficient and polite and cleaned up after their work had been completed. Contact with the office was courteous and clear in what the costs would be and how to pay the invoice. Overall a smooth and clear involvement with the company and their plumbers.

I've recently found a number of issues in my 3 year old new build that were installation faults that the building company refused to fix as such I needed to get them resolved, namely no support under the bath, only 2 of the 5 legs on the bath touching the floor and poor sealing. As someone who has had a number of issues with poor contractors, I'm always worrying about if a new contractor is going to be an issue or not. To resolve my bathroom issues I contracted Beesons and they have not left me disappointed. The service on the phone was polite and helpful and the lads who came out to fix my bath etc were again professional and have done a good quality job. Moving forward I won't hesitate to use them as my "go-to" for all plumbing and heating-related jobs. I would 100 recommend them!

We have used Beeson for a number of years since our old plumber retired. They have always been efficient and helpful servicing our boiler and gas fire annually. Recently required a new boiler as old one was becoming expensive to maintain. David Beeson attended and gave a quote for a new combi boiler installation. We accepted the quote and work commenced a week later. Great team, friendly and efficient. Job well done!! Would certainly recommend.

James arrived on time and was polite and helpful. he had to use his own ladders which was no problem. Whilst he was in the gas cupboard my sister's dog was fussing around and he stayed patient and was chatting and stroking the dog. I asked his advice about where to situate my new CO2 detector/alarm and he was very helpful with some suggestions for me. I had to replace a smoke/heat detector which I had already purchased and he recorded the new date straight away after testing it. (same with the CO2 detector). the whole process was simple and conducted with a professional and friendly manner. Thank you James.
