I opened my back door and noticed that water was pouring out of the overflow pipe. Didn't see it the day before as it was raining. Typical. I suspected the ballcock had failed in my header tank as this had happened before. I phoned Beeson and told them the problem and the earliest they could send someone was first thing the following morning. I was advised to turn my water off (I am on a water meter) and only put it on if I needed to. I duly looked at my meter and it was whizzing round so it was swiftly turned off. The following day, Dave from Beeson turned up. I pointed to the direction of the bathroom upstairs and with tools in hand he proceeded. Now bear in mind the header tank is above the emmersion heater in an airing cupboard so there is not much space above it to work in. Dave managed to overcome such adversities and in what seemed no time at all he was asking for the water to be turned back on but only half way. "Half way?" I ask. "Just in case theres a problem" was Dave's response. And a problem there was. Water gushed out the overflow pipe again. It turned out it was a valve in the toilet cistern that was the issue although it should be noted that the ballcock was on it's way out. Dave didn't have any replacement parts for the cistern so he took pictures of the valve (for future reference as it will need replacing), and he cleaned and descaled it as best he could. It works fine for now and I was charged what I was quoted. Dave, you're a star. Thank you.

Solved the mystery issue.

Bessons were able to assist with a plumbing issue which was not able to be diagnosed by another plumber. The engineer was very professional and polite and wore face mask, gloves and plastic shoe covers throughout. He was able to solve the mystery and the company came back with a quotation for the necessary works in a matter of minutes. I booked them straight in to service a unvented cylinder and they came back the next day and performed the service.

Emergency action
After an incident where a water pipe was mistakenly drilled through. Dave Beeson, provided calming informative advice, initially by phone and facetime, before turning up at short notice on a Sunday afternoon. Dave fully explained what he was doing. Provided a part and fixed the leak. He then stayed and ensured the water system was fully working.

New Boiler and associated work

This company was recommended to me by my brother who also had a boiler fitted and he was really pleased with the service provided. I called for a quotation and David Beeson called round and assessed our requirements and later sent a quotation. The details were thoroughly explained and how the process would work. True to their word the lads turned up on the agreed day and over the next few days completed all the work as agreed. The staff covered all the carpets and wore over shoes. they were very polite, courteous and nothing was to much trouble. The support service (electrician and brick layer) also turned up as agreed and again an excellent job completed. We have also been very impressed by the support service provided by the office staff and management, which i am sure will be ongoing. Well recommended

I recently had a new Worcester Boiler fitted by Beeson's Plumbing. The engineers were, polite, courteous, and extremely clean and tidy. I am extremely happy with the boiler - it has made a huge difference to the warmth of my house already. The engineers took time at the end of the installation to explain the controls to me. The after service has been second to none, as I have received several courtesy calls to ask if I am happy with everything. All of the rubbish - including the old boiler was removed. Would not hesitate to recommend Beeson's Plumbing Services.

Dave Beeson visited our home and listened to our central heating problems. He explained really clearly what work needed to be done to solve these. The quote was issued promptly. The start date for work to commence was quick. A team of 3 excellent workers turned up on time and were polite, professional and helpful. They were very understanding and thoughtful to our needs, as we have 3 nervous indoor cats and an autistic son, who have all survived a completely new central system being installed over 3 days! All radiators, old pipes and the boiler were removed at the end of each day. The team in the office are all really helpful and friendly too. We will definitely be using them for more work and they'll be back annually to service our new boiler. We would highly recommend this company to everyone, and in fact already have!

Very prompt response to my telephone enquiry at 4.00 pm. Engineer visited 9.00am following day. Recommendation by noon and fully costed quote by 5.00 pm!. Work was completed in two days the end of the following week. Two return visits to install thermostat/timer and then a second to balance the radiators. A very competitive price executed with the minimum of mess. Have already told as many friends as will listen what an excellent company this is.

On 24th April my wife smelled gas in the bedroom where our boiler is located. We called the gas emergency line, an engineer came out and found a leaking pipe. The boiler was isolated and the gas supply was capped off. The was around 9.40pm. Due to a recent family medical treatment, we need hot water and heating pretty much on demand. I called Beeson Plumbing & Heating Ltd at this late time and much to my surprise the call was answered by the owner, Dave Beeson. I explained our situation and he said he would get back to me the next morning at 7.30am when he could speak to his team and check the diary for availability. At exactly 7.30am on the 25th April, I received a call from one of the company's engineers Craig. He confirmed his availability and arrived at my door for 8am as arranged. He was polite and thorough and the whole job was completed in under an hour. No mess, no fuss but best of all, an old fashioned, diligent attitude and fully explaining to me what was being done. What a superb company to deal with.

The attention to detail and advice regarding future additional works means trouble free year. A thorough strip down and flush out of the heat exchanger ,filter clean ,condensate trap clean and flush along with safety checking the controls and analysing the boiler.We check your gas for safety and issue certification and an invoice which can be paid for on a card machine or through the bank ,where we will issue you with a receipt and contact you the next year for a reminder. For many years we had boiler cover with BG but were never really pleased with the level of service to cost. Decided 3 years ago to move to Beesons - a decision that has never been regretted. Each year our boiler receives a thorough service by a polite, conscientious engineer, and you never feel like you are being conned. Our boiler is 12 years old, and is purring like the day it was installed, actually better than.

The boiler was efficiently serviced by the engineer. He was able to point out the fault in the boiler and the repair was set up for 31st October. The engineers who came were efficient, very polite and worked quickly on the job.
