Ben came to fix our broken boiler. He was chosen based on his location, his quick response time to our call and the excellent recommendations on this site. We've seen him twice now - on both visits he was friendly, flexible, efficient, professional and prompt. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him and BeeXpress. He was happy to come at a time that convenient to us, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I have dealt with BeeXpress on a number of occasion. They were friendly, professional, punctual and competitive every time. 1. I needed a hob installed. This was done the next day. I was clearly explained the cost of installation before I asked them to do the job. 2. I asked for a quote to install a water softener and a magnetic filter. They quote came the next day complete with explanation of the various options. The quote was competitive, especially compared with British Gas. 3. Its so refreshing to find a plumber I can trust to do a job well and quickly. I'm a single parent to two young boys and don't feel comfortable with strange men entering our flat. We have recently moved into our new house! It was really exciting until we started noticing some little things. The main one was the dismal water pressure to our bathroom. The other really annoying issue was that a small part meant that our shower didn't work. We were recommended BeeXpress and when we found out they were also a Which? I'd been away for New Year and came home to discover that a fault had developed on my boiler and I had no hot water. Being 3rd January I made a number of phone calls and left messages on answerphones across the capital with no response. In desperation I turned to the trusted trader website and rang BeeXpress Plumbing. Having had quotes from British Gas and other plumbers I chose Ben to install a new Boiler at our house. His quote although not the cheapest was the most thorough and included everything.He turned up punctually and we had our heating and hot water restored in one day- additionally he did not charge for changing a small water tank in the loft which was not compatible with the new boiler. I was quite happy to leave him alone in the house whilst work was being done.I would be very happy to recommend Ben to people looking to install a new boiler.
