Benjamin and his team at Ealing Electricians were absolutely wonderful in carrying out necessary electrical repairs at my new flat. From replacing the fuse box, to adding improved lighting, to putting in a safer new fan in the bathroom - they were efficient, professional and excellent at every turn. They kept me well informed as to what they were doing and I would 100% recommend them and use them again if needed.

I would highly recommend Benjamin and his team. They have worked for me over a number of years and each time the service provided has been to a very high standard. The team is very professional and personable, always explain the work undertaken and any issues that arise, providing differing options on how the issue could be resolved. Also they have been very responsive to some last minute requests. It's great to be able to establish a long relationship with a reliable local business.

Benjamin and his team were responsive and helpful, and were able to fit me in really promptly for a number of electrical repairs and replacements. Their work was to a really high standard and the whole team were incredibly polite, helpful and tidy. They checked in regularly throughout the job, and walked me through it all at the end to ensure I was happy. Cannot recommend highly enough, I will certainly be using them again.

We have used Benjamin and his team for several jobs at our current and previous properties and have always been impressed with their work. Benjamin is incredibly diligent and takes pride in his and his teams work which is reflected in the quality of the jobs they undertake. Benjamin came for an initial visit for the works and took the time to walk us through the planned work, answer any questions we had and discuss any alterations. Once the works had been completed Benjamin also walked us through the work that had been completed and answered any questions we had. Benjamin and his team put in long hours to ensure the work was completed same day on the two most-recent pieces of work. We would recommend Benjamin and his team to anyone.

Benjamin responded promptly to sort out an emergency loss of power late on a very cold day. He was able to isolate the problem caused by some building work and restore our heating. I was impressed by the logical way he worked through the various possibilities to locate the fault. He visited again to repair the break in the lighting circuit, without damaging the ceiling. He also lengthened the main cable, in preparation for a smart meter being fitted. He communicated well with us, explaining exactly what was needed at each stage. His assistants Matt and then Nick were polite and efficient too.

Benjamin and his team managed to locate a fault with my upstairs circuit. Whilst the work was being completed they managed to rig up a solution until they could get back to complete the work. All of the team were extremely polite and very informative. Cannot fault anything.

Ben and his team installed a Nest 3 Gen wireless heating and hot water thermostat at my home. Super service, I was working from home. I showed him where the boiler and storage tanks was and left him to it, as I was in meetings. They completed in around a couple of hours. Very neat and tidy installation. Ben cleaned up after completion. He then ran me though the system workings/instruction as we connected to the WiFi. System working fine. All good, very happy 😊 Highly recommended and trusted.

We had various electrical work required at our house. They called back promptly to arrange a visit and were on time and gave good advice. Sent us a costings of materials and guidelines as to likely time to be spent. Came on time to do the work which was done in a competent and professional manner within the anticipated costs. Very friendly and pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I can highly recommend this firm.

This is the second time we've had Ben and team come around to do some work, this time to remove old picture lights on our walls and replace some of them with new lamps. We didn't know if what we wanted to do was viable, but Ben walked us through how the lights were wired after some investigation (previous owners had done them a long time ago). Of course, removing these old fittings meant that dust and some plaster came off the walls, but the team as always cleaned up expertly after themselves. In fact, they all wore boot covers before coming in, which is always a good sign! We would definitely contract Ben and team again if we had more work to get done - couldn't recommend them enough.

Fairly simple lighting work needed doing. Professional job, transparent charging, personable individuals, punctual appointment. All good.

It was the first time (and it will not be the last time) that I used the service of Ealing Electricians Ltd. I was very pleased with the service and work received from this local company. My customer experience was perfect. I met a friendly and knowledgeable team that worked fast and efficient. Benjamin and his 2 colleagues Nick & Harry arrived on time. I was contacted 20 minutes prior to arrival via SMS. After confirming and discussing my requirements (installation of 2 power sockets in & outside of my house, fixing bathroom and kitchen lights), Benjamin immediately checked the issue in my bathroom. He found all the issues in less than 5 minutes, showed and explained what was wrong and how best to repair it. He had all the required materials e.g. new LED lights, power sockets and cabling with him. He instructed the team what to do and the work started. I noticed a good team spirit and that Benjamin, Nick and Harry are working very well together. Benjamin reviewed the work his apprentices executed and ensured that it was delivered to the best and high quality standard. The team removed all the rubbish and cleaned up before they finished. In addition to the performed work, Benjamin made me aware of additional work and the need for a new EICR that I might want to consider. To summarise I had a perfect customer experience, received an excellent service with quality workmanship at a fair price. I will use Ealing Electricians Ltd. again and can recommend them.

Carried out electrical works / maintenant. This is the second time we used them. Timely, very clean (wear overshoes indoors), pleasant, polite and very helpful in finding most cost effective solutions. They work very quickly as and communicate very clearly what they are doing or going to do.

Ben and his apprentice did a great job of sorting out my under stairs wiring. It’s good to see established businesses bringing along the next generation. They worked quickly but conscientiously, even pointing out things out to me and answering whatever questions I had. There was hardly any cleaning up to do once they had finished. The pricing structure was explained to me even though it’s all made clear on their website. I would definitely recommend them.

Benjamin responded rapidly to my emergency call. He was extremely helpful and friendly, explained the situation clearly and dealt with the situation quickly and effectively. Overall an excellent service - many thanks!

A sudden total power cut today left me astonished as consequently nothing in the house was functioning - not even my hot water. None of my neighbours had the problem. I called Benjamin's office number and received a return phone call very promptly. After sending the requested photo of my fuse box to Benjamin he quickly realised what had occurred and solved the issue over the phone. I am so appreciative of his courteous response and willingness to assist immediately, even though he was in the middle of another job. I have used Benjamin for electrical work before and will most certainly request his skills again. First class electrician!

I woke up to no power at 6.45am on a Saturday morning on a bank holiday weekend and Benjamin called me back 3 minutes after I left him a message and helped me isolate what the issue was and helped fix it over the phone. I didn’t need him to visit but when I need an electrician in the future I will be in touch. So helpful, polite and caring - I’ve already recommended him to my neighbours. His service was faultless.

Benjamin, Harry and Matt (both apprentices) attended my premises to help me with a broken dimmer switch in the kitchen and a total conversion to Warm LED lights (instead of the 13 Halogen bulbs/system I had there. They were super efficient and got the job done promptly. Benjamin has come to my house on a couple of other occasions - once for an outdoor light system and the other time to add an outdoor plug. He is up on all the modern electrical plugs, sockets etc. - who knew you could get programmable dimmer switches? The website is transparent - it shows prices of work, which is unusual in these times. You know what you're in for. I shall definitely use Ealing Electricians again - not only because the work is always excellent - but also to support a local tradesperson.
