I called Bennett & Sons as I was told that my roof required extensive repairs (the ridges needed to be reset and there were plenty of tiles missing). They gave a very reasonable quote and were available within a very short time. A team of five did the work within two days (they worked very fast), and did a couple extra things for me at no extra charge (the aerial was falling off and there were a couple of bricks that needed to be reset in the chimney and they just did it). They made sure to update me throughout and advise on what the best mode of repair is. They are a great team of people who clearly take pride in their work and I definitely recommend them.

A number of areas of my roof needed attention. Jonathan fully explained the exact nature of the problem in each case and positively discouraged me from having any unnecessary work done. Some small additional jobs were completed without further charge. The prices were reasonable and I am very happy with the quality of the work. They are an excellent company to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had them recommended by a friend and very glad I used them - they completed the job efficiently & took care to let me know what they were doing & point out other issues which I hadn't realised were there. They also kindly replaced extra tiles that weren't in the initial quote so all around very impressed by their professionalism & work.

I have used Bennetts before, so when water came through the roof they were my first call. They came the next day, applied a temp fix before coming back within a week to do the job. Prompt and courteous, clean and tidy. Everything appears to be as it should. A good local company I will use again.

We only required a small chimney stack repair job in the end but Bennett & Sons were very efficient and professional. They arrived when they said they would for the quote and the actual job. Everything was well explained including other queries I had for the roof and guttering and they don't encourage you to have jobs done that are not necessary yet. Even the invoicing was professional. I found the company by asking people I knew for recommendations and would not hesitate to recommend them myself.

We had a leak causing a lot of damage internally and externally around our box guttering. We were unable to find the source even after extensive searching. Jon came round and made some suggestions on what he thought the problem might be. He quoted us for investigating and repairing the roof. On the agreed date, it happened to be raining heavily, but he turned up first thing in order to set a new date. He duly arrived on the agreed second date, with his team and they proceeded with their investigation, diagnosis and repair. At each stage, he took photos to demonstrate the problem and detail each stage of the repair process. His initial thought – that it was a hole under tiles – was correct. The repair was carried out to a high standard and the problem was rectified. He then followed up days later with a telephone call to ensure the problem was solved and we were happy with his work and the outcome.
