After personally engaging Bennetts Removals, I recommended John Bennett to a friend & a couple of family members. They agreed that the service provided was prompt and expertly carried out, that John & his staff were well turned out in uniforms that fit the bill & the service was good value for money. I speak from personal experience. John came to see me to assess the job and his expert eye knew just how much packaging I would need, bringing me appropriate boxes & tape etc. in good time before the move. I was aware that Bennetts Removals would have provided a packaging service if I had required it - packing everything, down to the last teaspoon - but I did not need that service. My brother did, however, & was bowled over by that aspect of the service John provides, the particular attention to detail & the care taken with precious & fragile items. In my case, they were on time, quick & efficient, dismantling beds and other pieces of furniture to aid an easy exit from one property & entrance to the other, re-assembling the items on arrival. Not one bolt or screw mislaid. I was so impressed. The house I moved to was in a dreadful state of repair & I was distressed, to say the least. John did not just move my belongings from one premises to another, he saw how upset I was and went out of his way to wait for a member of family to arrive so that I would not be on my own and he covered the windows with sheets and blankets from his vehicle for my privacy and that made the difference from feeling vulnerable and exposed to feeling secure. He did not have to do that. Would recommend.
