Excellent service from start to finish. I was purchasing a flat and needed significant work done to make it functional immediately. Richard provided a comprehensive solution that included bedroom storage design and installation, plus a complete kitchen redesign. The original kitchen had a breakfast bar that needed replacing. Richard designed a layout with two fridges and a tumble dryer on one side, and a washing machine and dishwasher on the other - exactly what we needed. He managed everything: plumbing, electrics, sourcing all materials and appliances, and installation. The best part was the timing. Richard completed the entire project during our completion week, which meant we could move in and feel settled straightaway rather than facing weeks of disruption. His professional, efficient approach and willingness to handle every aspect of the work made this process seamless. Highly recommended.

We engaged Richard and his team to address water damage to a rental property's kitchen caused by a bathroom leak. This was a comprehensive project that required careful planning and professional execution. The team first came in to make good the initial damage while our tenant was still in place. Once the tenant had left, we proceeded with a full kitchen transformation. Their scope included: removing wall units to create a more open layout, supplying and fitting new worktops, replacing a water-damaged carcass, and repairing several broken drawers. The standard of work throughout was excellent. They removed the original tiles and wallpaper, chased all surface-mounted electrics into the walls, and plastered to a high finish. Original kitchen doors were professionally painted in a sophisticated dark blue with a durable finish, then supplied and fitted alongside new light grey worktops. Walls were painted in a complementary grey to tie the scheme together. What impressed us most was the quality achieved at a sensible price point. The team understood our budget constraints as a property management company and delivered a genuinely uplifted kitchen within them. The result is a modern, free flowing space that will appeal to tenants and add value to the property. Highly recommended for managed property refurbishment.

I had fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers in my bedroom, as well as complete redecoration. Bentley-Mills did an amazing job, including some electrical work. The furniture fitter in particular was an amazing craftsman. Nothing was too much trouble from the initial design to the completed work. They were very clean and tidy, arrived when they said they would and I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished result. Some aspects of the work were quite difficult, but they had solutions to everything. The room now looks really beautiful and I am very grateful for their professional and friendly work. They made a daunting complete revamp easy. I thoroughly recommend them.
