I called Berkeley Heating at 8.15 am to ask for a repair to my boiler. Dave Booker arrived at 13.15. Just as he said he would. He diagnosed the problem immediately (a stuck pump). Carried out the release.Tested all round and at my request checked the timing programmes. Hugh relief to have the system back in operation. Thank you Dave. Dave is an extremely pleasant man and a thoroughly professional engineer. Highly recommended.

The two installers arrived punctually. They helped clear the area where they needed to work. They removed the old boiler and replaced with new quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job of clearing up. Were cheerful and polite.

My boiler had failed so needed a replacement quickly as the weather was particularly cold, Berkeley Heating Services was recommended by my service engineer. It was decided to swap the positions of my boiler and hot water tank and to fit a mains pressure system with a unvented hot water storage cylinder, alterations were also made for high flow connection to my existing water softener and to change the processor box on my Aqualisa Quartz Shower to un-pumped. This was all carried out very efficiently by the heating engineers who I trusted with the keys to my house as I couldn't always be at home for 9am when they started. I have no hesitation in recommending Berkeley Heating Services for any work of this nature

I was worried about the boiler, and came around and checked everything within an hour from my first contact. They ensured me that everything was alright.
