We have been using Bespoke Blinds and Poles now for some years and have always been impressed by their professional approach to their work from the initial meeting to the final job. Both Maxine and Neil are approachable and helpful. Their advice is always considered and sensible while leaving you to make the final choice. We recently moved house and as always they were punctual, tidy and professional throughout. The price point is, in my opinion, in line with their products and their finished job. Thank you!

Bespoke blinds and curtains have been professional, reliable and helpful from first contact. As well as track I also had pelmet boards made for both windows. These are big windows/ French doors in an old house. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We couldn't recommend Bespoke Blinds highly enough. We had them fit roof and side blinds to our conservatory. I needed a blind for a very wide but not very high former window. In the showroom I was presented with a range of options after I explained my preferences. Having selected a blind (with no pressure) the exact measurements were taken and order placed. I was kept updated on progress and fitting was completed as promised. We have consistently used Bespoke Blinds and Poles over a number of years. We have never had any problems with their work and would recommend them with confidence.

When we were needing to buy curtains and blinds for a new build flat, Bespoke Blinds and Curtains were recommended to us. From the moment we had our first appointment with Maxine we felt very comfortable with her knowledge about her product. We loved the one to one service and having an hour to ourselves and we were able to take the architect plans and discuss each room in detail, getting advice on what would be best. We then returned to choose the products. Then the fun started as our project was very badly delayed and Neil couldn’t get access to measure up. They were both so patient with us as the building suffered over 18 months of delays. We had dates pencilled in that never happened and even the fitting cancelled the night before by the builder. Throughout it all Maxine was so patient, understanding and supportive. When finally we were able to have them fitted, Neil was an easy person to have around. He was happy to call back a few weeks later to fit the curtains in the guest bedroom when we couldn’t see the windows for boxes! We were very pleased with the final product. Out of all our suppliers, Bespoke Blinds and Poles were one of the easiest suppliers to deal with.

It was an awkward job fitting vertical blinds and a curtain track to a large bay window but the job was completed with skill and precision. The blinds really enhance the room. We contacted Bespoke Blinds as we were wanting vertical blinds for the two arched windows in our lounge and we were having difficulty in finding a business that could supply such blinds. We visited Maxine in the showroom and discussed our needs and she arranged for Neil to come out to our house to take detailed measurements. Neil came and he actually made a template for our two arched windows to make sure that the curvature was correct as the measurements were slightly different. We are delighted with the service and attention that we received from Maxine and Neil and delighted with the blinds that they have supplied and fitted for us. Highly recommended.

We had great advice enabling us to select the most cost effective ways of achieving our aim of protecting the back of our house from excessive heating and hanging curtains on two windows. All communication was efficient and friendly and the fitters who came to our house were skilled and tidy. They were also kind as they came back to do a small job which we had forgotten to ask them to do on the day. We were also provided with a good recommendation for an experienced person to alter some curtains for us. We would use this company again. For us the price was reasonable.

We were provided with expert advice at our private booked appointment. We ordered curtains for the sitting room and blinds for a bedroom and a bathroom. They showed us a wide variety of styles and fabric explaining the differences. They were pleasant and helpful throughout. They gave us a date for installation when we ordered and kept to it. The installer arrived on time and carried out the work quietly and competently. We are very pleased with the results.

A solar-powered blind was fitted very quickly. There had been a delay from the initial quotation owing to Velux not making the blinds, but I was kept informed. When an appointment was arranged for installation it was carried out efficiently and on time.

We wish we had found this company sooner and have nothing but praise. We have had five of the Luxaflex Duette blinds fitted which are very sleek and practical for our difficult apartment windows. Maxine was very friendly and welcoming and explained the companies procedures, providing an efficient and prompt quote. The measure was done by Neil who again couldn't have been more friendly and efficient and explained thoroughly what to expect about the product. Apologies-don't recall the fitters name, but couldn't fault him. A deposit is taken on order with the balance due on completion, which is very fair. As soon as our blinds were completed we paid the balance. A nice touch that Maxine contacted to thank us for our prompt payment. Above and beyond and way better than a recent experience we have had with John Lewis. Rest assured if we need more blinds/poles we will be returning to this company.

Excellent experience all around. Helpful and friendly advice and assistance in making the initial choice - even when we needed follow-up reassurance. Our 3 sets of roman blinds have been fitted today. This company were very helpful when choosing the fabric, although I sourced one myself and this is not a problem. They pointed out the pros and cons of roman blinds, especially in the bay window. The end result is absolutely perfect. Original shutters fitted in 2020, we were so pleased with them ( and the company) we ordered an additional one in March 2022. This has been fitted today two weeks ahead of scheduled date. The fitter arrived on time and fitted the shutter in a couple of hours leaving the area clean and tidy and all rubbish removed from site. Neil removed the temporary blinds he had fitted in September 2021. (These had been fitted so that my terminally ill partner could return home and be downstairs) They were fitted at very short notice and FOC. Maxine and Neil are a very compassionate couple. They were very happy to help me out during this difficult time. The Luxaflex Duette Blinds were then fitted to my 6 bi-fold doors to enable me to keep this room cosy throughout the winter and to block the Sun, when needed. He also fitted an additional black out Cellular Blind to the en-suite. The jobs were completed as scheduled and to price. I am extremely happy with the performance of the products. Their service and attention to detail is exemplary.

We needed a new blind for our kitchen and visited the shop in Beauchief to have a look. Maxine was extremely knowledgeable and put us at our ease as she explained the options to us. I had remote controlled blinds fitted in my Living room earlier in the year. I love them so much i now have the same in my hallway. They are elegant, stylish and functional. Everyone comments on the wonderful way they can be operated individually or together ( I have 3 blinds on each window - old barn) Service is brilliant, well organised and lovely customer service. 10/10.

We had used Bespoke Blinds and Poles in 2018 and 2019, and had been very pleased. We had one final blind required, and this job fell within the Covid period. The entire exercise was managed carefully in ways consistent with the rules. Once we had looked through emailed photos consistent with our colour choice we had a well-ventilated, sole-customers-on-premises, visit to the shop (then allowed). The process of fitting, likewise, met all the rules of masking, gloves, ventilation: all fine. Swift and sensible. Longer delays than one would have preferred - but entirely understandable. Not cheap, but decent value.

Instore selection is excellent and Maxine is very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of her business. The selection and measuring were done quite quickly but then COVID intervened. After several months passed due to all kinds of hold-ups on our part, our blind was ordered and fitting was booked. COVID again intervened and we were in lockdown once more but everything was brilliantly organised by Maxine and Neil to ensure everyone was kept safe. We followed their instructions to the letter and our patio window blind was fitted perfectly, no fuss, no mess, no contact and he even wiped all surfaces he’d come into contact with as he left. I was very impressed by the whole process and would certainly recommend Bespoke Blinds and Poles to anyone.

Excellent service.They fitted Luxaflex blinds for us. We had a few complicated things (double height rooms and arched window) but they came up with good solutions. Site team were friendly, expert and efficient. Communication from Maxine was great, even through lock down. Their price was similar to the ‘special offer discount’ price from a national company. We were looking for an awning to take the sun off our back yard and large patio door. My wife passes the shop on the school run so she popped in to make enquiries. She came out with lots of helpful advice, a useful idea of what the various options might cost and a feeling that she was dealing with honest folk. She was right. The measuring-up appointment was quick, easy and informative, ordering was easy and the installation went ahead quickly and smoothly at the time and date agreed. Minimum inconvenience, no mess and now we have exactly what we wanted. The manufactured quality of the awning is good, too - I reckon it's going to last us a long time. It wasn't cheap but I'm pretty sure that we'll only be spending money on it once. Of course, it's rained on most days since installation, but when folded away the awning still looks pretty tidy :-) I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or to recommend it to my friends.

The personal service from the owners is wonderful and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and everything was done on time, on budget and to the very highest standard. Neil installed the motorised blinds very quickly without any mess or fuss and took all packaging away. Maxine and Neil are a very friendly and helpful couple who know their business inside out. From my first visit to their shop to the final fitting of my curtains everything was done very professionally. Maxine, running the administration side of the business, was very helpful when I was choosing the material for the curtains and she kept me up to date with emails from then on until the final fitting in my home. Neil did an excellent job in fitting the curtains to two downstairs bays. Dust sheets were placed on the carpets and everything tidied up when he had finished the fittings. I was very pleased with these two people.

I have just had Bermuda shutters fitted into our front room and the difference is absolutely stunning. Neil came for a measure-up earlier in the year and was a pleasure to deal with. Not only friendly, efficient and tidy, but also very helpful over the various options available. Both he and Maxine clearly know their stuff, and although the wait for them to be ordered in was a few months, the end result is beyond my expectations.
