Bespoke Blinds & Poles Limited

When we were needing to buy curtains and blinds for a new build flat, Bespoke Blinds and Curtains were recommended to us. From the moment we had our first appointment with Maxine we felt very comfortable with her knowledge about her product. We loved the one to one service and having an hour to ourselves and we were able to take the architect plans and discuss each room in detail, getting advice on what would be best. We then returned to choose the products. Then the fun started as our project was very badly delayed and Neil couldn’t get access to measure up. They were both so patient with us as the building suffered over 18 months of delays. We had dates pencilled in that never happened and even the fitting cancelled the night before by the builder. Throughout it all Maxine was so patient, understanding and supportive. When finally we were able to have them fitted, Neil was an easy person to have around. He was happy to call back a few weeks later to fit the curtains in the guest bedroom when we couldn’t see the windows for boxes! We were very pleased with the final product. Out of all our suppliers, Bespoke Blinds and Poles were one of the easiest suppliers to deal with.

Nothing was too much trouble for Maxine of the above company. Superb advice and terrific knowledge of products. Extremely friendly and with a fantastic approach to customer service. We purchased conservatory blinds, which were delivered and fitted with no fuss or problems. Very happy customers. Highly recommended as a local business.

Excellent service from ordering the rails and installation. Neil from Bespoke blinds& poles installed the new rails he took the curtains down and fitted new rails then rehung the curtains for us. These guys are top-class at what they do. I had an idea of what I wanted but no idea about the world of blinds and shading. Maxine helped me find the best product for our needs and talked me through various pricing implications. There was no pressure to pursue a sale. Neil swiftly and effectively completed a very neat, tidy and smart installation. Both patiently answered my questions. Both know their stuff, are helpful, personable and professional. I have just put my third order in with this company! The first set of blinds were installed 5 years ago and still look brand new. Maxine is good at talking you through different options to fit your budget. I would say a lot of their products are high quality with a price to match... but based on the standard of the work I think we will definitely get our money's worth out of the products. I found choosing the blinds from the stacks of books was low pressure. The installer is friendly and trustworthy to have in your house. The installer pointed out a fault with some of the blinds (which I hadn't noticed!) and they replaced them within a couple of weeks at very little inconvenience. I wouldn't shop anywhere else now!
