Great job with my composite decking, first class tradesmen and a really friendly service by all the team.

We required a neighbouring boundary fence replacement and a new decking installed. Brad came to survey the works and provided a cost and duration for the works explaining what/how the works would be carried out. A few days before the commencement date, Gordon introduced Christian to me who would be carrying out the works with a brief overview of what the sequence of works would be, etc. Christian and his team started the works on time as planned, methodically working their way through initially with the fence and then the decking. They were considerate in the way they operated and with the Client, they came up with solutions for some unforeseen issues with the decking lights. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and should the need arise, I would use their services in the future again.

Gordon and his team transformed my small dull back yard into a lovely space that I can’t wait to enjoy this summer! I cannot rate Gordon and his team highly enough. We had a large area of driveway and garden which was full of broken up concrete and soil on different levels. It was unsightly and not child friendly. We had a number of companies giving us their ideas and quotes. Gordon suggested pattern imprinted concrete for the look that we wanted and to suit our budget. He was head and shoulders above anyone else with his professionalism and knowledge. We are so pleased we used Gordon and his team. The work carried out was to a very high standard. It feels like we have an extension to our home especially during the summer days as we can now enjoy the space. The aftercare has also been second to none. Gordon has also come back after the work was completed to touch up any minor issues.

One end of our garden had been neglected before we moved in and was overgrown with weeds. Bespoke created a raised area retained by sleepers containing a paving circle underneath a pergola and surrounded by decorative slate. An area of paving was laid next to this. An adjacent flower bed was surrounded by sleepers. I sketched out a rough plan of what we were looking for. We got a quote in May 20 and asked Gordon to proceed despite a lead time of 12 weeks, mainly due to uncertainty surrounding Covid. The start of the work was understandably delayed by a difficult summer, but eventually got underway in mid October. Work was completed in four days. We are happy with the standard of work and the team worked hard and checked with us regularly about our requirements. We thought the drive hadn't been cleaned as well as we thought it should have been at the end of the work, but a quick call to Gordon sorted it out with two of the team returning to give it another powerwash.

Gordon and the team helped us extend our resin drive which wasn’t so easy as the existing driveway had been down for a few years when we bought our house so we needed to colour match as best we could. Dealing with the team from quotation process through to completion was excellent. The team always arrived promptly when they said they would and were very friendly. The final result is better than we expected. Should we need a landscaper again in the future we know who we will call.

After months of looking at a pile of dirt and rubble we now have a smart and functional courtyard garden at the back of the house. They created two raised beds , built a wall, covered an existing wall with tiles and laid an artificial lawn and put up fencing and a gate. It was a pleasure to deal with Gordon and his team ,they arrived on time ,were polite and helpful and cleared up every day. They listened to requests and were confident in their abilities to make suggestions that improved the already agreed plans.

Patio, shed base and decking completed to a very good standard and very pleased. Bespoke took a professional approach to customer service and completing the work which included a payment schedule, prompt replies to questions and discussion to ensure what we wanted was understood. Gordon gave us confidence in his work from the outset and this was reinforced when an issue was found with the level of the shed base. They resolved it by starting from scratch, at their own cost, to ensure a reliable base. This is a quality that seems very rare amongst the tradesmen we have used and is admirable and reassuring. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Gordon and his team provided a phenomenal service from start to finish. The brief was to give a complete overhaul to a tired and overgrown garden, including significant leveling, installation of a new and extended patio, composite decking and turf. The quote process was great with full respect given to social distancing and plenty expert advice offered where requested. All the workers were a pleasure to have on site and very well mannered, always taking care to check the details to ensure everything was to good standard and offering advice on improvements to the design which were gratefully accepted. They consistently went above and beyond, leaving every aspect of the space in a better place than they found it, including areas not covering in the quotation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bespoke, whilst the work doesn't come cheap, you very much get what you pay for and I still found it to be excellent value for money when factoring the quality of work.

We chose Bespoke Landscapes as we had seen lots of positive reviews on various social media pages, we weren’t disappointed. From the initial quote visit to the last bits of clearing up Gordon and his team have been brilliant! They worked in all weathers to ensure the job was completed on time. We definitely don’t have green fingers so they were able to turn our minimal garden ideas into reality. They worked extremely hard and were even supervised (albeit briefly) by our cat! We are exceptionally happy with the finished result and if anyone asked for their garden space to be altered we couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you very much Gordon and your team.
