I recently commissioned Bespoke landscapes on behalf of my mother who required her drive and back garden landscaping - I have to say that our whole experience with them from beginning to end has been perfect - we needed to leave them to it and I liaised with them from a distance - not a problem for them though they kept in touch, sent photo updates and answered all our queries immediately - we have snagged together and any issues (not that we really had any) were resolved straight away! We did have other companies' quote but none gave me the confidence that Bespoke did - thank you to the whole team for working so hard and making the garden a perfect place for relaxation 👍

Following storm Eunice, two panels from our fence collapsed. Mark and his team arrived, quoted, replaced the fencing which was bespoke in terms of cut and removed substantial greenery from the garden. We were very, very impressed that Mark and his team achieved this in a single day, to such a high standard. We strongly recommend him.

Gordon & his team from Bespoke Landscapes installed my Marshall's block paving driveway back in October 2019 and we were really pleased with everything & everybody since who has seen our driveway has admired the quality of this installation. Now a couple of years on, the driveway is still perfect & we have had absolutely no sinking at all of any of the blocks where our two cars park, unlike many installations you often see. Unfortunately at the beginning of January 2022, I had problems with my water supply & my Local Water Board (United Utilities) informed me that my water meter that is positioned on my driveway was faulty & need to be replaced, which meant they would have to dig up my lovely block paving driveway. After a quick call to Bespoke Landscapes, Gordon informed me that once the new water meter was installed he would come back free of charge & re-lay any blocks that were lifted, putting back the driveway to how it was originally. True to his word his team have returned, made sure the hole is completely filled in correctly and compacted down and they have re-laid the old blocks around the new water meter head which has changed from being round to square. Everything is back as it was & I have my lovely driveway back as if nothing has happened. Now that is what I call customer after service. Gordon has even informed me that if we do get any subsidence over the next few years near to where the hole was dug he will again come back and put it right. Thank you Gordon.

I had artificial grass installed in April 2019 which had numerous ridges in it like a badly fitted carpet. I was initially advised that these would disappear but after a couple of months they were still present. Bespoke Landscapes re-attended and advised me “to boil a kettle and pour the water on it” (although Bespoke Landscapes now claim to take no responsibility for this without actually denying they advised this). This flattened the ridges but melted the artificial grass in patches. Bespoke Landscapes then advised that I “would either have to live with it or they would have to replace it”. They agreed that they would replace it, but it would not be until April 2020. Despite multiple attempts to contact Bespoke Landscapes they blatantly ignored my attempts to contact them until I contacted them on a phone unknown to them. I eventually and reluctantly agreed to pay for replacement artificial grass which they fitted in March 2021. Bespoke Landscapes claimed they did not know what artificial grass they had fitted and so provided an inferior quality turf that is even more badly fitted than that they replaced and has real grass growing through in patches. I am no nearer getting this resolved and will soon be entering the fourth summer with an ugly installation of artificial grass in my garden that I am ashamed for visitors to see. Bespoke Landscapes websites makes a claim "Recommended by 100% of it's customers". That is a blatant lie. I certainly would NOT !

Great job with my composite decking, first class tradesmen and a really friendly service by all the team.

We required a neighbouring boundary fence replacement and a new decking installed. Brad came to survey the works and provided a cost and duration for the works explaining what/how the works would be carried out. A few days before the commencement date, Gordon introduced Christian to me who would be carrying out the works with a brief overview of what the sequence of works would be, etc. Christian and his team started the works on time as planned, methodically working their way through initially with the fence and then the decking. They were considerate in the way they operated and with the Client, they came up with solutions for some unforeseen issues with the decking lights. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and should the need arise, I would use their services in the future again.

Gordon and his team transformed my small dull back yard into a lovely space that I can’t wait to enjoy this summer! From my initial enquiry and quotes through to the completion of the work, Gordon was really helpful and professional, taking pride in the work of his team. I cannot rate Gordon and his team highly enough. We had a large area of driveway and garden which was full of broken up concrete and soil on different levels. It was unsightly and not child friendly. We had a number of companies giving us their ideas and quotes. Gordon suggested pattern imprinted concrete for the look that we wanted and to suit our budget. He was head and shoulders above anyone else with his professionalism and knowledge. We are so pleased we used Gordon and his team. The work carried out was to a very high standard. It feels like we have an extension to our home especially during the summer days as we can now enjoy the space. The aftercare has also been second to none. Gordon has also come back after the work was completed to touch up any minor issues.

One end of our garden had been neglected before we moved in and was overgrown with weeds. Bespoke created a raised area retained by sleepers containing a paving circle underneath a pergola and surrounded by decorative slate. An area of paving was laid next to this. An adjacent flower bed was surrounded by sleepers. I sketched out a rough plan of what we were looking for. We got a quote in May 20 and asked Gordon to proceed despite a lead time of 12 weeks, mainly due to uncertainty surrounding Covid. The start of the work was understandably delayed by a difficult summer, but eventually got underway in mid October. Work was completed in four days. We are happy with the standard of work and the team worked hard and checked with us regularly about our requirements. We thought the drive hadn't been cleaned as well as we thought it should have been at the end of the work, but a quick call to Gordon sorted it out with two of the team returning to give it another powerwash.

Gordon and the team helped us extend our resin drive which wasn’t so easy as the existing driveway had been down for a few years when we bought our house so we needed to colour match as best we could. Dealing with the team from quotation process through to completion was excellent. The team always arrived promptly when they said they would and were very friendly. The final result is better than we expected. Should we need a landscaper again in the future we know who we will call.
