I had a large rear and front garden and driveway that needed a resin bound surface laying alongside some areas of artificial grass. I had been using a contractor for almost 3 years who constantly let me down and delivered a poor service. I was beginning to think I would have to wait another year as they had messed me about all through 2022. Finally, enough was enough and I made contact with Gordon. We spoke on the phone and he did a site visit the next day. He pointed out a lack of aco drainage at the house end of the sloping drive and added that to the work schedule. He turned his quote around within a day - and it was highly competitive. We agreed the job and his teams began the work within a couple of days. I have nothing but good things to say about the team that laid the resin. They are real professionals with an eye for detail. Neat and tidy, they always arrived on time and got stuck in. Their work has drawn praise from everyone, even passers-by. As soon as the resin was done, Gordon's grass people moved in and laid four sections. Three featured sweeping curves and corners but they took it in their stride. Again, excellent work and a job to be proud of. From start to finish, Gordon delivered in two-weeks a job that my previous contractor had failed to do in ten months! He kept me informed at every stage and was always available and on hand to quality check the work. I highly recommend Gordon and Bespoke and only wish I'd found him sooner!

Gordon was a pleasure to deal with and very communicative from day one. We’re very happy with every aspect of the project from the first phone call to the completed job. This is this the second job Gordon and his team have undertaken for us The first during 2020 was a considerable sized job, putting in decking, raised beds, clearing trees and bushes and building a greenhouse. He has just finished renewing our block paved front drive Gordon and the team are always polite, professional and punctual Communication from beginning to end is excellent with clear quotes and expectations The work done exceeds our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a good local business

I accepted this company’s iniquitous payment schedule, because they are a “trusted trader” , whereby twenty five percent of the project cost was paid before any work started and only a tiny balance remains outstanding, making it difficult to secure resolution of the final issues. The work was performed by a subcontractor. This made communications difficult as the people we met here couldn’t make decisions. There were so many defects in the quality of the performance of the project, that I was astonished to be threatened with a “late payment surcharge” last year Some defects have been addressed. But the whole project was not excavated to the depth specified and thus the new concrete is at a higher level than originally, which has undermined the flood resilience of two doors and inserting an extra drain panel has only partially improved. Uneven colouring and bare patches in the pattern imprinted concrete remain after a second sealing this year. The border with the pavement is an unsightly mess, the new concrete misaligned with the existing boundaries on both sides, and a gap created between the concrete and our existing wall. Although we discussed how to deal with this and confirmed with both contractors in July and August, in March this year we discovered they wouldn’t do what we wanted and had considered agreed. When I asked about their dispute resolution process I was told that contacting Which would terminate our relationship. My experience has damaged both their and your brands.

I recently commissioned Bespoke landscapes on behalf of my mother who required her drive and back garden landscaping - I have to say that our whole experience with them from beginning to end has been perfect - we needed to leave them to it and I liaised with them from a distance - not a problem for them though they kept in touch, sent photo updates and answered all our queries immediately - we have snagged together and any issues (not that we really had any) were resolved straight away! We did have other companies' quote but none gave me the confidence that Bespoke did - thank you to the whole team for working so hard and making the garden a perfect place for relaxation 👍

Following storm Eunice, two panels from our fence collapsed. Mark and his team arrived, quoted, replaced the fencing which was bespoke in terms of cut and removed substantial greenery from the garden. We were very, very impressed that Mark and his team achieved this in a single day, to such a high standard. We strongly recommend him.

Gordon & his team from Bespoke Landscapes installed my Marshall's block paving driveway back in October 2019 and we were really pleased with everything & everybody since who has seen our driveway has admired the quality of this installation. Now a couple of years on, the driveway is still perfect & we have had absolutely no sinking at all of any of the blocks where our two cars park, unlike many installations you often see. Unfortunately at the beginning of January 2022, I had problems with my water supply & my Local Water Board (United Utilities) informed me that my water meter that is positioned on my driveway was faulty & need to be replaced, which meant they would have to dig up my lovely block paving driveway. After a quick call to Bespoke Landscapes, Gordon informed me that once the new water meter was installed he would come back free of charge & re-lay any blocks that were lifted, putting back the driveway to how it was originally. True to his word his team have returned, made sure the hole is completely filled in correctly and compacted down and they have re-laid the old blocks around the new water meter head which has changed from being round to square. Everything is back as it was & I have my lovely driveway back as if nothing has happened. Now that is what I call customer after service. Gordon has even informed me that if we do get any subsidence over the next few years near to where the hole was dug he will again come back and put it right. Thank you Gordon.

Great job with my composite decking, first class tradesmen and a really friendly service by all the team.

We required a neighbouring boundary fence replacement and a new decking installed. Brad came to survey the works and provided a cost and duration for the works explaining what/how the works would be carried out. A few days before the commencement date, Gordon introduced Christian to me who would be carrying out the works with a brief overview of what the sequence of works would be, etc. Christian and his team started the works on time as planned, methodically working their way through initially with the fence and then the decking. They were considerate in the way they operated and with the Client, they came up with solutions for some unforeseen issues with the decking lights. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and should the need arise, I would use their services in the future again.

Gordon and his team transformed my small dull back yard into a lovely space that I can’t wait to enjoy this summer! From my initial enquiry and quotes through to the completion of the work, Gordon was really helpful and professional, taking pride in the work of his team. I cannot rate Gordon and his team highly enough. We had a large area of driveway and garden which was full of broken up concrete and soil on different levels. It was unsightly and not child friendly. We had a number of companies giving us their ideas and quotes. Gordon suggested pattern imprinted concrete for the look that we wanted and to suit our budget. He was head and shoulders above anyone else with his professionalism and knowledge. We are so pleased we used Gordon and his team. The work carried out was to a very high standard. It feels like we have an extension to our home especially during the summer days as we can now enjoy the space. The aftercare has also been second to none. Gordon has also come back after the work was completed to touch up any minor issues.

One end of our garden had been neglected before we moved in and was overgrown with weeds. Bespoke created a raised area retained by sleepers containing a paving circle underneath a pergola and surrounded by decorative slate. An area of paving was laid next to this. An adjacent flower bed was surrounded by sleepers. I sketched out a rough plan of what we were looking for. We got a quote in May 20 and asked Gordon to proceed despite a lead time of 12 weeks, mainly due to uncertainty surrounding Covid. The start of the work was understandably delayed by a difficult summer, but eventually got underway in mid October. Work was completed in four days. We are happy with the standard of work and the team worked hard and checked with us regularly about our requirements. We thought the drive hadn't been cleaned as well as we thought it should have been at the end of the work, but a quick call to Gordon sorted it out with two of the team returning to give it another powerwash.

Gordon and the team helped us extend our resin drive which wasn’t so easy as the existing driveway had been down for a few years when we bought our house so we needed to colour match as best we could. Dealing with the team from quotation process through to completion was excellent. The team always arrived promptly when they said they would and were very friendly. The final result is better than we expected. Should we need a landscaper again in the future we know who we will call.

After months of looking at a pile of dirt and rubble we now have a smart and functional courtyard garden at the back of the house. They created two raised beds , built a wall, covered an existing wall with tiles and laid an artificial lawn and put up fencing and a gate. It was a pleasure to deal with Gordon and his team ,they arrived on time ,were polite and helpful and cleared up every day. They listened to requests and were confident in their abilities to make suggestions that improved the already agreed plans.

Patio, shed base and decking completed to a very good standard and very pleased. Bespoke took a professional approach to customer service and completing the work which included a payment schedule, prompt replies to questions and discussion to ensure what we wanted was understood. Gordon gave us confidence in his work from the outset and this was reinforced when an issue was found with the level of the shed base. They resolved it by starting from scratch, at their own cost, to ensure a reliable base. This is a quality that seems very rare amongst the tradesmen we have used and is admirable and reassuring. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Gordon and his team provided a phenomenal service from start to finish. The brief was to give a complete overhaul to a tired and overgrown garden, including significant leveling, installation of a new and extended patio, composite decking and turf. The quote process was great with full respect given to social distancing and plenty expert advice offered where requested. All the workers were a pleasure to have on site and very well mannered, always taking care to check the details to ensure everything was to good standard and offering advice on improvements to the design which were gratefully accepted. They consistently went above and beyond, leaving every aspect of the space in a better place than they found it, including areas not covering in the quotation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bespoke, whilst the work doesn't come cheap, you very much get what you pay for and I still found it to be excellent value for money when factoring the quality of work.

We chose Bespoke Landscapes as we had seen lots of positive reviews on various social media pages, we weren’t disappointed. From the initial quote visit to the last bits of clearing up Gordon and his team have been brilliant! They worked in all weathers to ensure the job was completed on time. We definitely don’t have green fingers so they were able to turn our minimal garden ideas into reality. They worked extremely hard and were even supervised (albeit briefly) by our cat! Having seen Bespoke renovate a neighbour's back garden and the fabulous transformation we decided the ask Gordon at Bespoke for a quote. Our front drive was made of awful flagstone stones that were broken and uneven. The front lawn was in a poor state having suffering years of neglect by the former owner. Then there was the poor surface drainage which all puddled by the front door. Brad and Gordon were simply excellent from start to finish. Our challenge to them was a new drive with proper drainage and a level and low maintanance lawn. It's a shame I cant post pictures on this review because the end result is simply stunning. We have a lot of elderly neighbour's and they have all commented on how professional, polite, hardworking and caring all the staff on site were, which considering over 15 tons of material was excavated is praise indeed! Every day the team tidied up after work! We have been so impressed with the team at Bespoke that we have recommended them to my parents who have just confirmed they will be going ahead with bespoke for their garden. We have plans for more work in our rear garden towards the end of the year and without hesitation will be using Bespoke. I have just had my garden renovation completed by Bespoke Landscapes and I must say I am delighted with the result. The whole experience from start to finish has been painless, somewhat enjoyable and I am a very happy customer. Brad and Gordon came originally in the summer and I explained what I wanted to achieve. This was a whole garden remodel including re-levelling, retaining walls and re-surfacing, a huge job but something I have wanted to do for some time now. The original quote was out of my budget but we worked together to achieve something that was. I just felt most confident with Bespoke and that they wanted to achieve the best result just as much as I did. I wasn't disappointed..... I did have to wait a little longer than anticipated to start the work however I was kept upto date throughout. Once the team arrived on site everything started to happen at a rapid rate of knots! Each day I would come home and the space was unrecognisable from the morning when I had left it. The job took 2 1/2 weeks in total and this included removing over 100 tonnes of my old garden. Each morning we would have a little catch up as to what the plans were for the day and they were amazing at explaining the detail and really accommodating when I wanted to tweak something. They were always polite and cheery, even in really challenging conditions. I would highly recommend Bespoke Landscapes to anyone who needs a garden transformation, I am delighted with mine. From the initial contact with Gordon right through to the completed job, it was great to work with Bespoke Landscapes. The job was phase 1 of a garden remodelling which included removing and replanting some very large bushes, levelling the area and then building the base for an outdoor oven. Professional job, completed when promised and everywhere left very tidy. We will be using for Phase 2

Having decided to redesign our garden, we called Bespoke Landscapes. They came promptly and gave us a plan that suited our needs, and agreed a price. They came when arranged and kept to their promise of a time schedule. The guys that did the work were marvellous and carried out the work to a great standard and left every evening after tidying up. We needed the drainage in our garden sorted so we though we may as well get it remodelled at the same time. After attempting (and failing) to obtain quotes from local builders, we picked Bespoke from Which based purely on reviews. Brad came out and listened to what I was and provided a quote within a couple of days; the price was higher than I expected but after changing some of our requirements, I decided to take the plunge. When you spend any significant amount of money on your property, and when that is compounded by previous poor experiences with tradesmen, I was massively anxious during the whole process, calling Gordon with any perceived imperfections which he handled extremely well and managed to put my mind at ease. Once the work was completed, I was blown away at the difference to my garden which was completed to a fantastic standard. I went round at the end with the guys and pointed out a couple of things that weren’t how I wanted and they made the changes to ensure I was happy. I can’t thank Gordon and his team enough for what they have done for my house; they have made my back garden I place that I now want to spend time in and they did it with a focus on customer satisfaction, which I have found very rare to come by nowadays.

Commissioned Bespoke to relay drive and pathway at father-in-laws house. Right from beginning to end we were impressed by Gordon and his teams professional approach. They turned up on time, when they said they were coming, presented quotes very promptly, and gave us advice on best options available. The work was done in the same efficient manner - especially the coordination of building team, and other drivers to remove, prepare and lay new drive in 3 days. There was a slight drainage issue, but this was quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend this company, and are very happy with the fabulous new driveway.

Very fiddly job done perfectly in my small cottage garden. Flagging, stone walls including small stone bench and new beds created in an amazingly short time (considering weather constraints) have given me essentially a brand new garden. The team were a pleasure to have working and contributed several ideas which made the final result better than I envisaged. Gordon and his crew worked the whole day to reinstate our Indian Stone front path, including replacing several broken flags and providing new inset LED lights and wiring. The whole, quite long, path was lifted up and bedded into concrete, plus a solid concrete grouting. Fortunately the weather was very kind for them and the site was left clean and tidy (including picking up stone chips on the surrounding lawns and coning off the area). All the residents here were very impressed with their politeness, pleasantness and level of expertise. Gordon was on site all day. A job well done!

I had to ring Gordon at Bespoke landscapes as our cowboy builders left me with a driveway unfinished and a mess. They had also done a runner with my money so I was in a desperate situation. After receiving 5 quotes I decided to ring Gordon but knowing he'd be busy I wasn't expecting what came next. Gordon was horrified at what had happened to us and promised me he'd have two of his best (Lewis and Jay) here 2 days later and would do what most quotes had said would take 1 to 2 weeks done in 2 to 3 days. And he also gave me a price I could manage. All he promised came true. 3 days later I am looking at a truly stunning driveway. They have done an incredible job and extremely professionally. Gordon went above and beyond to help me get rid of old stone and old material sorting a lift for me to save on delivery charges. The cowboys had also left me with popped flag in the back and steps unfinished. At no extra cost he arranged for the work on the back and now it's almost impossible to find a trace of the nightmare id been left with. All in 3 days! The saying pay cheap pay twice really rings true. So if you want any working doing on the grounds of your property then look no further than Bespoke Landscapes. And pay whatever they charge as you will get 5 star work which will last forever. I need to save my last praise for Lewis and Jay. These two lads have worked solid for Gordon from 8am til after 4pm with no breaks. They are truly an asset to Bespoke Landscapes. As are the rest
