Bespoke Plumbing

We engaged Bespoke Plumbing to upgrade our family bathroom - from bath only to bath & digital shower, new floor, ventilator fan, fixing broken tiles and painting. In addition, the ask was to tidy our ensuite by replacing broken sealant and painting. We are very happy with the result and quality work delivered by Dean. The bathrooms look great and exactly the way we wanted them. Dean was communicative and friendly, working around our schedule where needed. Dean stood out by pro-actively suggesting solutions and being mindful of our budget. He was extremely helpful and professional throughout the job, making the whole process seem easy to us. He also stuck to the fixed quote throughout, even though the job was more difficult than originally imagined. We definitely feel like we got value for money. Dean really went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the bathrooms, even fixing little problems we weren't aware of. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a bathroom change.

Dean did a complete bathroom renovation for us, including removal, fitting and hooking up the new works. His experience really shone through compared to other plumbers we got estimates from as he was able to architect and and bring to life a solution to a tricky problem: we needed a shower in a very small bathroom that did not have space for one but with his suggestion of erecting a false wall we were able to have it. This wasn't even recognised as an option by other plumbers. His work was also to a very high standard - for example, the tiling was done beautifully. His comms were also very good and he was dependable to fix urgent problems that came up, such as when we had a last-minute disaster with our water tank. Dean is a really good bloke and I would very happily work with him again as well as recommend him as someone who really understands things on a higher level and you can rely on.

Dean has a huge amount of experience and it showed. He was very thorough and had the knowledge and skills to overcome any problems that he encountered. I had all my bathroom stripped out and replaced with a walk-in shower and I’m very pleased with the results. I’m sure I couldn’t have got anyone better to do this work

Dean recently designed and fitted an en-suite shower room for us and done an excellent job. He advised us what to buy and when and always pointing out the best value options and where he could get discounts. He stuck to the schedule and budget, tidied up and removed mess each day and protected our carpets with film. We engaged Dean to design & install a replacement Shower Cubicle for us. From first contact to completion, we were treated fairly and with respect and understanding, which resulted in a thoroughly satisfactory conclusion. We hired Dean Longhurst of Bespoke Plumbing to build a new bathroom, one with a walk-in shower, large bath and toilet, and one which was safe and friendly for older people. The space was not huge. Dean gently and patiently took us through several design options in the weeks and months before he began work. He involved us in every aspect of the process, laying out his estimates clearly and providing vital advice on quality and value in terms of the products we might consider. Dean is equally meticulous when it comes to the practical side of his work. He is patient, hardworking and above all, he is an absolutely amazing craftsman. The bathroom he fashioned for us is beautiful, safe, modern and elegant. We could not be happier. In addition, Dean made sure that the house was well-protected while the work was being carried out. No walls were smeared, no carpets stained. It is not always easy to have someone you don’t know working in your house for weeks at a time, but Dean is such a genuine and lovely guy, with a twinkle in his eye and a wicked sense of humour. To say the least, the time passed well. We recommend him without reservation.

Bespoke removed my broken shower tray and installed a new one with tiling. The cost of the work was agreed upon beforehand and the final cost did not change. Dean from Bespoke did an excellent job. The work was to a high standard and he tidied up each day, taking away all the rubbish. He was very helpful when discussing the work both before and during the work. The work done is guaranteed for 12 months. I would highly recommend Bespoke.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Dean. It was done within budget and on time. Dean recently completed the full refurbishment of two bathrooms for us. This involved removing and disposing of all the old tiles, flooring, fixtures and fittings. Then moving pipes, building boxing, tiling walls and floors and fitting the new sanitary ware. From the word go, Dean's knowledge and experience helped make our ideas a reality with suggestions and solutions to all our queries. We have used Dean for a number of years now and he completed this job with his usual professionalism, thoroughness and good humour. Dean replaced our bathroom suite, cutting off part of the room to create a new walk-in cupboard, hanging new doors and tiling the floor and most walls. He visited before the job started to agree details of the design and gave us really useful advice on choices of tiles / sanitary ware, then undertook most of the work himself, bringing in sub-contractors for electrics and plastering. We were really happy with Dean's approach and are delighted with our new bathroom (and cupboard). We needed a little flexibility around daily start times, which he accommodated no problem and he was easy to contact throughout the process. We will definitely use Dean again when we have the opportunity and are very happy to recommend.
