Dean's work is fantastic! He has given us the bathroom we so needed and wanted as a growing family. Thank you so much. I wish I could upload pictures of his before and after work as the bathroom has completed changed which was the biggest challenge to overcome! Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Dean recently designed and fitted an en-suite shower room for us and done an excellent job. He advised us what to buy and when and always pointing out the best value options and where he could get discounts. He stuck to the schedule and budget, tidied up and removed mess each day and protected our carpets with film. We are really pleased with the shower room and would definitely use Dean again in the future.

We engaged Dean to design & install a replacement Shower Cubicle for us. From first contact to completion, we were treated fairly and with respect and understanding, which resulted in a thoroughly satisfactory conclusion. His workmanship was 1st Class, explaining each process fully, and keeping us up to date on his daily progress. Nothing was too much for him. The result is a lovely functional shower cubicle again! It was a pleasure to have him carry out the work for us, and we would not hesitate to engage him again if the need arises.

We hired Dean Longhurst of Bespoke Plumbing to build a new bathroom, one with a walk-in shower, large bath and toilet, and one which was safe and friendly for older people. The space was not huge. Dean gently and patiently took us through several design options in the weeks and months before he began work. He involved us in every aspect of the process, laying out his estimates clearly and providing vital advice on quality and value in terms of the products we might consider. Dean is equally meticulous when it comes to the practical side of his work. He is patient, hardworking and above all, he is an absolutely amazing craftsman. The bathroom he fashioned for us is beautiful, safe, modern and elegant. We could not be happier. In addition, Dean made sure that the house was well-protected while the work was being carried out. No walls were smeared, no carpets stained. It is not always easy to have someone you don’t know working in your house for weeks at a time, but Dean is such a genuine and lovely guy, with a twinkle in his eye and a wicked sense of humour. To say the least, the time passed well. We recommend him without reservation.

Dean was incredibly helpful from start to finish, he answered all of my questions and gave suggestions both on the work being done and on the best places to buy the goods. He worked quickly and efficiently and always made sure to tidy up the work area once he was finished every day. The new bathroom looks great and I'm very happy with the work carried out. Bespoke removed my broken shower tray and installed a new one with tiling. The cost of the work was agreed upon beforehand and the final cost did not change. Dean from Bespoke did an excellent job. The work was to a high standard and he tidied up each day, taking away all the rubbish. He was very helpful when discussing the work both before and during the work. The work done is guaranteed for 12 months. I would highly recommend Bespoke.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Dean. It was done within budget and on time. His advice was invaluable when we were choosing bathroom furniture and fittings and all work was done to a very high standard, made sure everything was clean and tidy at the end of each day. Dean recently completed the full refurbishment of two bathrooms for us. This involved removing and disposing of all the old tiles, flooring, fixtures and fittings. Then moving pipes, building boxing, tiling walls and floors and fitting the new sanitary ware. From the word go, Dean's knowledge and experience helped make our ideas a reality with suggestions and solutions to all our queries. He gave (and kept to) a very detailed quote and was happy to discuss and help with any queries we had. Dean was neat and tidy and a pleasure to have around. The standard of workmanship and quality of the finish was very high and we're delighted with the results! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dean and will definitely use him again.
