The office staff and lads who came to measure up were a pleasure to deal with, but the fitters who came out were completely different. The windows and door they fitted looks good, but their service was quite poor. They didn’t introduce themselves when they arrived, and the amount of mess they left was unacceptable. They left screws and debris on my driveway, lots of debris in my garden, and an awful lot of dust and debris all over our beds - why not explain that the fitting was going to create a lot of dust, and give me an opportunity to cover the beds?!

Derek and Dave have done a superb job from start (estimating & measuring) to finish installation. They arrived on time, were meticulous in all they did (including overcoming unforeseen problems), and at the end left the site - and the windows - spotless. They were, throughout, also thoughtful, careful and humorous (an added bonus!) Thank you to Derek and Dave, and to Sarah in their office who so delightfully fielded our enquiries.

We had a composite front door, french windows, and a kitchen window fitted by Bespoke, it was a very good experience from beginning to end.

From the first initial contact through to final installation of a new composite front door, this company was very friendly and professional, we agreed on a quotation and a day for installation the men turned up on the day and the contractor fitted the new door without any damage to our recently decorated hall and stairs also cleaned up all the way through installation. I will definitely use this company again for future work and strongly recommend them.

Frank and Gary from Bespoke Windows came round today to fit our new front door and side panel. This is the third time we have used Bespoke and as always the guys were very professional, the job was done on time and everywhere was left spotless. Bespoke windows staff greatly solved my quandary of how to make a rear passageway leading to a garden and a carport look decent and get rid of old rotting timber. As well as replace a downstairs toilet window, and replace an external kitchen door. They also replaced 2 “blown” bedroom double glazed windows that had inner condensation. They were professional, polite, considerate and cleaned up as they worked. The final job was excellent and fulfilled every requirement that we had. The cost was reasonable and not ridiculous like other quotes. We would recommend the company to family and friends.

Upper and lower wooden windows were rotting and needed replacement to ensure no more leaking and improve heat retention. The style and colour of the old windows had to be replicated. All requirements were met thanks to a willingness to match them. All questions after the initial discussion and measuring were quickly checked and answered by staff in the office. The windows and their installation met the agreed schedule and budget. On site the team was pleasant and patient. They were determined to do a good job and worked around the challenging characteristics of stone walls and lintels. The site inside and out was cleared and cleaned thoroughly at the end of the day. A mistake by the factory, in a window panel, was resolved in two working days. The light and warmth in my rooms are a delight.

We have used the firm before for double glazing replacements, always first class, so when we needed a new door they were an obvious choice. Everything was done on time and as agreed, in only a few hours with an outstanding result, just what we wanted. There was no mess and the two fitters were both friendly and professional.

I had 3 new windows fitted and the quality of the workmanship is second to none. The service from requesting a quote to completion of the work was prompt, courteous, timely and everything made clear on price, specification and expected start date. They kept me informed throughout the process and communication was brilliant. The staff who fitted the windows were first class and very tidy. I would hardly of known we had had 3 windows removed and 3 new ones installed by how clean they left my home and absolutely zero damage to any decoration. Upon settling my bill, I was told that if I had any concerns with any part of the work to let them know and they would come straight round to resolve, although I cant envisage anyone having to call them back looking at the quality of their work. Absolutely brilliant service.

Turned up on time made sure there put dust sheets down all along where there would be working new what there where doing left them too do there thing very knowledgeable lads good to chat with cleaned up after themselves kind and polite.

Had new doors, 2 windows and cladding fitted just before Christmas and I couldn’t be happier with them. The friendly team of guys worked hard to complete the job in a day. I contacted these guys a few weeks ago about a job having seen their work on the internet. Dave came round and cost the job for me, we arranged a suitable time for the job to be done. They arrived on time, were professional throughout the job. The job was a new internal garage door, which was completed quickly and to a high standard.

I found this trader on Which and went ahead and got a quote for some new windows, doors and a replacement porch roof. From the outset the communication was clear, timekeeping and appointments were on time and there was nothing by way of pushy sales at all. They told me the lead time and kept to it and the work was done in two days. The standard of installation and finish was excellent and all mess was cleaned up meticulously. They also left the windows and frames spotless. After the work was completed there was a reassuring follow up call from the boss telling me about what was on offer if there were any issues post-installation. Simply give them a call and they would come and sort it all out. So far all seems fine and I would highly recommend this company. I am so glad I went local and didn't use one of the big national companies.
