The 2 installers worked well independently and as a team. They were courteous to each other and the property owner at all times. They were punctual each day. They were organised, neat, tidy and methodical workers. However, they are aware that I have marked them down for one aspect of tidiness. Inevitably shards of glass escaped the dust sheets. I have advised that they need to take slightly more care when laying sheets out and/or on removal. Shards found after they had swept up in an empty car port and on sides of house staircase. Other than that nothing went wrong and property owner remained relaxed throughout the work. The quotation and work duration remained the same on completion. On arrival the 2 workers told me they were the 'A; Team. They were. Really cannot fault them other than the escaped glass shards! I would definitely employ Bespoke Windows Darlington Ltd again, especially if I decide to reglaze the porch. The owner, the secretary and the 2 installers treated the customer with the utmost of respect and liaised well throughout all procedures.

Three good quality doors supplied and fitted by a perfectionist. I am really happy with the doors, the fitting and the price. The company are straightforward and polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I found this trader on Which and went ahead and got a quote for some new windows, doors and a replacement porch roof. From the outset the communication was clear, timekeeping and appointments were on time and there was nothing by way of pushy sales at all. They told me the lead time and kept to it and the work was done in two days. The standard of installation and finish was excellent and all mess was cleaned up meticulously. They also left the windows and frames spotless. After the work was completed there was a reassuring follow up call from the boss telling me about what was on offer if there were any issues post-installation. Simply give them a call and they would come and sort it all out. So far all seems fine and I would highly recommend this company. I am so glad I went local and didn't use one of the big national companies.

We had a composite front door, french windows, and a kitchen window fitted by Bespoke, it was a very good experience from beginning to end.

Turned up on time made sure there put dust sheets down all along where there would be working new what there where doing left them too do there thing very knowledgeable lads good to chat with cleaned up after themselves kind and polite.
