We are extremely happy with the service provided by Best Gas. We had to urgently replace a boiler as well as deal with some other gas pipe issues. Minar from Bestgas telephoned me to discuss the problem with my boiler the day before after I had sent him an email and he arrived on time the following day. He found the problem almost immediately - a blocked condense trap - and dealt with it quickly and efficiently leaving my boiler working properly again. He was friendly and helpful and explained to me what he was doing as he was going along. The work was carried out at the price quoted when I spoke to him. Excellent service!

I heard about Best Gas from a friend’s recommendation. They had to remove the old system and replace it with a new combi system. The work was completed to a very high standard with minimal disruption. They were very professional and kept everything nice and tidy . It is also reassuring to know that even though the work is finished , if I have any issues I can call best gas for help and advice. I’m very happy with my new system and nest that was installed. Thumbs up for Best Gas I would definitely recommend them .

They were great! I had a potential problem with carbon monoxide. They came at short notice and did a very thorough job, explaining carefully what they were doing. I was completely reassured that there was not, in fact, a problem. They phoned to let me know when they were on their way. I will use them as my go-to plumbers from now on.

Best Gas London Limited installed a new electric central heating and hot water system for me. They provided excellent consultancy advising the options to replace an old gas boiler hot water and heating system. The new system is a modern electric system that is highly efficient and environmentally friendly. Its installation solved many issues relating to gas boilers and has been reliable and efficient to run. The installation required full removal of the old system, preparing the radiators for the new system, and installing and commissioning the new system. A magnetic filer and new thermostats (radiator and room) were also installed. Best Gas were highly professional, competent, polite and efficient in their work. They stuck to timescales and their quote. I would highly recommend them for heating engineering and plumbing jobs both big and small.
