I used the services of Best Gas Ltd. for many years. They never fail to impress me. The latest job was to fix a leaking pipe in a very inaccessible area. They contacted the tenant, arranged a suitable date and time which was within days of me reporting it to them, accessed the offending pipe, replaced it, sent me photos and left the property in a clean and professional manner. Best Gas Ltd. is hyper professional, prompt and courteous. I highly recommend them to agents and fellow landlords.

I would highly recommend Best Gas. They have done numerous jobs for me, most recently replacing my old shower valve which was not straight forward and involved adjusting pipework. Minar coordinated the whole job, scheduling tile removal, first fix, retiling and final fitting and testing of the new valve. Everything ran to schedule and the job was completed quickly and efficiently to minimise inconvenience. A great service all round.

I used Vaillant info to find 3 local gas-safe, Vaillant-accredited plumbers who might do my obligatory annual service. Minar from Best Gas is very local, and was professional on the phone. He and his colleague were prompt, pleasant, courteous, quiet and tidy. They got on with the job and explained what had been done, as well as quickly fixing a rad that hadn't worked properly for a year, which is great. Comms had been good throughout. I will use Best Gas again and have already recommended them to a neighbour.

In this case the issues with the control board were not known when they were booked; but when identified they acted quickly to ensure we had the repair completed the same day. I was left in a mess when another contractor walked off the job. Minar gave me advice on what my next steps are, and also plumbed in a washing machine as a temporary solution as we had been left with no washing facility. Minar and his team installed a new boiler, underfloor heating and did some of the plumbing at my house in East London. Minar was extremely helpful with advice and you could see looking at the pipework that the job they did was very good quality. The background to using Best Gas London was that almost exactly 1 year ago when our boiler broke down, Mr Minar Hussein fixed it. This was after 2 other companies had failed to get it going again and suggested we needed a new boiler. For this job we were given a quote and agreed a time and date when the service would be done. Mr Hussein arrived on time explained what he was doing and completed the service. I would definitely use Best Gas London again
