Andy turned up on time, was professional and got everything done in one day. We had a new loft hatch and ladders fitted and boarded out the full loft. He kept us in the loop throughout and left no mess after completing the job. Everything was convenient and very high quality. Extremely good value for money. Thank you, Andy!

Andy turned up on time and worked solidly for 8 hours to complete a new hatch, light and boarding in my Daughters terrace house. Quality of the work was excellent and he has an obvious pride in what he does. Although it was quite an expensive job it was as quoted and I was happy to pay for someone with Andy's obvious skill and work ethic. Communication was excellent from initial quotation through to installation. He had a very good understanding of what was possible and gave great advice. He left the place clean and tidy and took away all rubbish. My daughter has a great new storage space. Thanks Andy.

No pressure, quote sent on email promptly and we booked in. Tidy worker, job is fantastic, neat, tidy and would defo recommend. A lovely fella who i would have back in a heartbeat. Cant say enough.

Andy Best was amazing from start to finish. Professional and helpful during the quote stage. Made everything clear and gave great advice. The utmost care was taken to cover carpet stairs and tidy up the area when the work was complete. Andy explained everything he was doing and how to operate the hatch and ladders. I now have a lovely big accessible space in the loft which is fully boarded for storage. I will recommend Andy and the company to all friends and family. It could not have gone better. I wanted to top up the loft insulation, have some boarded area, an insulated opening and a new ladder. Using a franchisee from a national network didn't appeal but Andy is local and the website impressed so I made contact. He was very professional throughout and has done an excellent job, including adding a new light and advising on less work than originally planned as he deemed it unnecessary (with a substantial saving). Other advice on loft issues was very helpful too. As others have said, he worked to time and was tidy and kept me informed at all times. Afterwards, we went to a small property I own nearby that needs a new loft ladder. He will fit it and a light. He advised that no other work was necessary. Andy has been a pleasure to deal with.
