Just had alarm system upgraded and cctv installed. Very impressed with the quality of work carried out mostly by Dave. He was efficient, cheerful & so pleasant and polite, and extremely helpful and really patient when explaining how systems worked. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail and thorough checking of the finished work. The picture quality is excellent and system is straightforward. I would definitely recommend this firm to others

We have had our monitored alarm system installed by Best security many years ago and the company service it twice yearly. Recently we had some work carried out in connection with back up if our land line went down and our alarm wouldn't have worked. Now we feel doubly protected should our BT line have a problem. At the same time we had a new exterior alarm box fitted to the front of the house. All work was carried out in a professional and competent manner by Bests employees. I?d have no hesitation in recommending Best Security to other people.

Most recent work (last October) was a repair to my home security following a carpet fitter severing a number of cables. Best Security came out immediately to make the alarm safe and assess what was required. They returned the following day and completed the repair. Best installed the system when I moved into the property in 1996 and have serviced it every year since as well as coming out promptly to correct any issues and make any alterations I've requested.
