Beswick Building and Renovations Limited (“Beswick”) carried out building repair and renovation work at our property in England. As we live overseas we were not able to supervise this ourselves and we were reliant on Beswick’s management skills and their ability to communicate with us and update us on options and progress. Beswick's work included roof repairs, renovating a study damaged by burst pipes, renovating four bathrooms, getting the central heating system up and running, plastering, repointing, redecorating, and organising other trades. The work was exemplary. It was costed in advance and delivered on budget and in a timely manner. We dealt mainly with Matt Beswick, who, as well as being personable and very easy to deal with, was extraordinarily helpful, available and communicative despite the time difference. We felt that Matt was working with us to achieve our goals for the project and truly cared that they were achieved. We would have no hesitation in recommending Beswick.
