We are a family run business specialising in sales and repairs of quality domestic kitchen appliances.

With over 30 years experience we have professionally trained engineers to look after your appliances.

I have used Bews Electrical for over 20 years which is testament itself to the service they provide. My freezer stopped working and they realised that a prompt replacement was required. The back office was excellent in telling me the various options and ordering asap. I eventually ordered a side-by-side and the installation was also excellent. In summary, I have found that the advice I get from Bews Electrical is excellent, their prices are competitive as they install, their engineers who install are well trained and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending them as I have never had any issue in 20 plus years. They are my Go-To electrical supplier for quality products.

The engineer contacted me to give and ETA and arrived on the pre-estimated time. he was very experienced and knowledgeable about Miele products. The repair to my appliance was completed efficiently and completely resolved the problem.

Repair of Miele Dishwasher - Broken door spring

Our Miele dishwasher is 21 years old so it should perhaps be no surprise when the spring that controls the door opening and closing suddenly disconnected one day. The dishwasher still functioned fine but great care was needed when opening and closing the door. Mr Bews himself came to do the repair and clearly knew exactly what he was doing - the repair did involve moving the machine out from under the worktop and opening the outer panels so it took a little time for a fairly simple replacement of the part. He then took great care to set the machine up again and restore it to its position. We have had previous experience of Bews Electrical when our tumble dryer (also 20 years old) needed replacement and were equally happy with the service on that occasion. We can thoroughly recommend them as a company.

We started using Bews when we needed our washer machine repaired at the old house. Since then we've purchased a few Miele products from them and they've been out for a few repairs. The team are all very helpful and friendly. This time round, Peter was removing & replacing a fully integrated dishwasher. He took the time to make sure everything was working and demonstrated the unit before leaving. A very different experience to ordering and the unit just left for you to unbox and sort out for yourself.. When another product needs replacing, I'll be contacting Bews first!

We were referred to Bews by a friend who has used them for many years. All the team are helpful and responsive and a pleasure to deal with. No more so than the man himself, Peter Bews. We had 3 appliances installed and one to come. Peter was able to work around the quirks of our kitchen and find a solution. Definitely recommend the Bews team.

Paul worked diligently to find and rectify the problem with our tumble drier, gave me clear explanations of what he was doing and why, cleared up after his work and left me reassured that the appliance was working properly again. He also assured me that, should the problem reoccur, I could expect prompt service to follow.

Following the demise of our beloved Miele Steamer, Bews Electrical came to the rescue. They were prompt, kept you up to date on the progress and the engineer was very friendly and thoughtful, unfortunately he was unable to execute the repair on his initial visit, required spares etc. However the repair was finally executed, and we are now left with a satisfactory steamer. Great thanks to the Bews team. Maybe until the next time.
