Bexhill Property Maintenance fitted a new En Suite, decorated my bedroom and painted my hall way which is a huge job as my house is 4 stories high. We had a problem with the floor in our kitchen that had dropped and Darrell sent his team round to take out the screed, alter the pipework, remove a stud wall that was placed on the screed incorrectly, instal a new damp course, put in a new screed floor, a new stud wall, then they plastered the walls, replacing the door frames.

Bexhill Property Maintenance removed a leaky front porch from my Bungalow. Quotes were received and everything involved was fully explained before the work commenced. The work was completed professionally and promptly. All rubbish was cleared from the drive in a timely manner. While work was taking place the site was kept tidy and the team completing the work were polite, friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the high standard of work and would happily use Bexhill Property Maintenance again.

I have had a lot of work done by Bexhill Property Maintenance since moving into this bungalow in October 2017. I have had the roof retiled, the concrete guttering removed and replaced with plastic guttering, the decking in the back garden removed and replaced with a larger patio area, a front porch built and steps removed and replaced with sloping pathway to roadway. The last job was to remove and replace the sliding doors on the porch with French doors to make for easier access for a wheelchair.

To damp proof and make good kitchen, conservatory and outer render. The team were all allocated here while away on holiday to complete the job in a short amount of time. All works promised was carried out at the highest of standard at the cost promised. Highly recommend this company and use again. No hassle, good price very professional and knows the building business inside and out.
