I had wanted a garden room/office for a while now, and did a lot of research. Bexley Garden rooms appealed to me because they are both local and following them on Instagram and fb for months, I liked how they offered bespoke rooms 100% designed around the customers requirements. From my first email enquiry, I liked their honest and professional approach and did not feel they were giving a ‘hard sell’. Andy visited me and inspected the area and listened to what I had in mind and a day later I received an email of the plans/drawing for my new office. After a few tweets, and can I say how amenable Matt was to my constant stream of questions, we agreed on a building and a date for the build was set. From start to finish the build was stress free, I was kept informed of the progress and the whole team were so professional and knowledgeable. I can’t praise Bexley Garden Rooms enough and I love my new office, I actually enjoy going to work again now ! Best decision I’ve made and I’m so glad I chose Bexley Garden room to deliver my vision.

Everyone in the team from meeting Matt when we first enquired about the build to Sam who oversaw the construction and the team that did the build were excellent. They were all very professional throughout. We went away while the build was happening and felt very safe in enabling the team access whilst we were not around. There was continuous communication throughout and they were very quick at responding to any questions we had, including when we decided to add a window in the wall at the last minute. We are very happy with the garden room. I would highly recommend the BGR team to anyone!!

We used Bexley Garden Rooms to build our room at the back of the garden and could not fault this company at all. They were professional, great communication throughout and time keeping was spot on. We really can’t stress enough how brilliant Sam and the team at Bexley Garden Rooms have been from start to finish. We’ve just had our old garage converted into a games room, along with external patio and garden work including a new fence, gate and screen. The transformation has been amazing and we’re so glad we chose them to do the work. From the initial quote through to the final day, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Everyone on site during the renovation was polite, tidy and worked to very high standards. The teams they work with for the patio and external work are equally professional and the quality of the finish really shows. The team keeps you informed throughout the whole process, giving you input and the chance to add ideas or make changes as the work progresses. They set up a WhatsApp group which made communication really easy and kept us front and centre as the project moved along. Any small issues that came up were dealt with quickly and without any fuss. I wish to share my experience choosing BGR to build my games room at the end of my garden . I cannot speak any more highly of this company from the initial consultation with Matt and planning to deciding on the exact spec to the end result with Andy. BGR detailed the cost and listed everything that was required to build my room . Everything was clearly documented and easy to understand . As for the end result we are so happy . BGR are honest and great at what they do . Yes there is competition out there but their attention to detail and workmanship is the reason why we decided to use them. They also have great review’s and in my world that goes a very long way When you are deciding on a build where the market is so competitive. My family came to my house last week and saw it finished and have all commented on how well built it is and the attention to detail. I love the way everyone involved in the project loved what they do and themselves speak highly of their employers . All the staff are passionate about what they do and the end result and rightly so . We had heard only amazing things about Bexley garden rooms before we decided to go with them - and I am so glad we did. All work was done on time and to a fantastic quality. We've had an excellent experience working with BGR. The garden room they've delivered us is fantastic and we would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, well-built garden room. Admittedly, we did look into other mainstream suppliers, however, those companies weren't really that much cheaper, and their rooms were pre-fabricated and somewhat inflexible with their dimensions. For a small premium, BGR build you a bespoke building, to your exact spec and dimensions. Their service is also top-notch, and the aftercare once completed is also excellent. Sam is a stellar project manager and could turn around answers to any questions we had generally within an hour or two. The guys had a nightmare with groundwork (turns out we have incredibly sticky dense clay soil), but they got on with the job and got there in the end! Once the groundwork was done, the rest of the building sprung up very quickly and before we knew it, we had walls, a roof, windows and doors. Their team of electricians, plasters and painters were all excellent and did a great job. It's also worth noting, the guys worked through possibly the wettest two weeks of the year, and still got the job done in fantastic time, despite the challenges. Hats off to Shane and Max for ploughing on! To Sam, Shane, Max and the whole team, we're incredibily grateful and we love our garden room and would fully recommend BGR to anyone looking for the same.

After lots of research and visits we found Bexley Garden Rooms and after a visit to see Matt at the show room we were very impressed. After getting the invoice and knowing that was a set price unless we choose additional items we were delighted with it. The team came and did an amazing job they were friendly and engaged with the family including the dogs who became regulars on the site and often being requested. They couldn't do enough even helping sort a lighting issue in the main house and replacing two sockets in the kitchen with USB ones a job on to do list for a long time. The finished product is amazing and has given us much needed space without the cost of a traditional extension The aftercare has been amazing after a pipe split in the freezing cold they came out the same day to fix it. I couldn't praise them enough and the quality and amazing people.

The garden office is brilliant – just as promised. The bespoke build makes it far superior to a pre-fab, effectively creating a solid, stand-alone extension to the house. The team were courteous, professional, and clearly very experienced. Everything happened like clockwork, exactly when they said it would. A year later, we had a small issue with the door snagging – they came out within a week and fixed it free of charge. Incredible service, highly recommended.

Approached BGRs after finding them online and being impressed by the quality of their previous work and all of the positive reviews. Pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Talked me through all of the options available, as well as choices to consider to reduce costs. The two man carpentry team were friendly and knowledgeable, checking in on key decisions as the build progressed, such as window placement and recommendations around strengthening parts of the wall where large tv would be hung. All of the work was finished within 3 weeks as planned and to a very high standard. Couldn't be happier with the end result and now spend more time in it than I do the house! Would recommend BGR to anyone looking to optimise their garden space and add value to their property.

Bexley Garden Rooms built our bespoke room at the end of our garden. It was designed to fill the unusual space that we had and has a garden room with shed behind. The build only took 3 weeks and the building teams were professional & friendly throughout. They accommodated our requests and were great at communicating. The room was finished to a high standard with heating/air conditioning, flooring and decorated. We would highly recommend this company & are delighted with our new build.

We absolutely love our garden office, and are so pleased we used Bexley Garden Rooms! We looked at a few different companies and had a few quotes when we began the process and decided that a bespoke option would be a good choice. We met with Matt and were completely sold on going with BGR. From then on, the process was a breeze. Everything was completely bespoke and designed to our needs, right down to the electrics, WiFi, fixtures and fittings. When it came to installation, Sam and Dean really listened to what we wanted from the start and delivered exactly what we asked for. They were helpful with practical and aesthetic suggestions, accommodating and patient with any mid-process changes (thank you!!), and we were also happy with their construction team. They even dealt with slightly concerned neighbours really sensitively and we felt we were always in good hands with them. And most importantly, we love our garden office! We decided to get a garden room to give us extra space and the cost of an extension in London was eye watering. We stumbled across Bexley Garden Rooms while looking for local companies Right from the off Matt made us feel welcome and went through all the details to get a basic quote and see the type of builds they did and then Andy did a site visit and again he was lovely talked through everything and explained the process what could be done and couldn't and had loads of examples to show us. The quote arrived and was exactly what we had discussed nothing added and as Andy had said that is the price we won't charge more mid build if it's taking longer or more difficult than we thought the only extra cost are if you want something extra. The build started and the team were so kind and professional nothing was too much trouble for them the electricians even fixed a socket I broke during the build in my home. They even adopted the dogs always fussing them and happy for them to be outside with them which helped them get used to everything going on and avoid unnecessary barking. I am so very grateful to Matt Andy Sam and the team they have delivered a building of such great quality that it is already doing everything we could of hoped for and all this without extra stress. Could recommend them enough.

We are super happy with the garden room that was created by Bexley Garden Rooms. We are using the room on a daily basis as an office, TV room and bar. The entire experience was positive, from the quality of work through to the friendly and attentive nature of the team carrying out the build. We would thoroughly recommend BGR. BGR were absolutely fantastic in building the garden room. They are completely different from the experiences we have had with other builders. They are very friendly and courteous. Happy to talk through all the options and how the room will look and be improved. The build was really quick and to a high quality. We absolutely love the garden room, which we kitted out with a pool table, table tennis table and TV. My kids spend loads of time out there and bring friends around to play. The BGR team were so friendly and even gave me a lift to pick my car up from its service! The handles everything, it was an unbelievably smooth construction. Would highly recommend.

We wanted a garden room but our garden is not square so we couldn't go with a bespoke room. Bexley Garden Rooms provided us with a detailed design and quote for a garden room with the initial use as a dance studio. Their experience meant they knew exactly what questions to ask. The build started and finished on time and on budget. The guys on site were a pleasure to have around and confirmed details at set out stage, before first fix electrics and before decorating. There were the usual build issues to confirm - detailing for our coloured LEDs, precise setting out for a non-square garden, where to put the air con unit etc. The team handled all of this with us. I can really recommend BGR. It really was a one stop service and we are delighted with our garden room.

Bexley Garden Rooms have been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. After we first enquired, we visited the showroom and Matt talked us through the whole process, before Sam visited our home to help us plan out the room. We changed our minds a few times along the way, but nothing was too much trouble for them to arrange and soon we were booked in! Everyone who then worked on the build itself was also an absolute pleasure to deal with – Dean, Tom, Paul, Mike, Louie and Sam himself – and within a couple of weeks we had a stunning new office and living space. Their attention to detail, finishing touches, and the fact they were able to look after every single aspect of the room, from electrics to decorating, is brilliant.
