We had an issue with our hot water and our boiler required a service, We got in touch with Beyond Heating and they answered my call and arranged for Danny to come around within a couple of days. Danny turned up on time was very polite and friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about, he fixed our hot water and serviced the boiler as well as doing a gas safety check. We were so relieved to have found a company and plumber that is reliable, excellent communicators and value for money. Thank you and we will be using you again.

I needed a hot water cylinder installing fairly quickly. After contacting 4 plumbers, 2 never replied or called me back, 1 wanted payment for the work before they even started, and 1 went silent while trying to arrange a date for installation. Sadly the last 2 were also Which approved traders... Luckily I came across Beyond Heating. When I called on Fri afternoon, Nicki was very helpful in arranging someone to visit a few hours later to assess what needs to be done. She then arranged for the work to be done on Mon morning. Very efficient and quick :-) Angus and Danny then turned up at the time they arranged and were a real pleasure to have do the work. They completed the work exactly as requested and ensured I was happy along the way by asking if I was happy with things like positioning of the tank, pipe locations, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage Beyond Heating for any work I need doing in the future. If only all plumbing companies were like this! Thanks a lot to Angus, Danny and Nicki!

Since I bought my flat and found Beyond Heating’s number in the user manual for the hot water system, I’ve used them for any plumbing work. Annual hot water system services, fixing a toilet, shower and sink waste system all at short notice and within my busy shift schedule. Friendly and flexible, at a good price. You can’t go wrong with them.

Beyond Heating sent a plumber within 2 hours. Stopped the leak and arranged to come back to install new radiator. Given fixed estimate and the plumber came back in a week. Also fixed another couple of small jobs whilst here at no extra charge. Would certainly recommend this trader.

I phoned Beyond late on 19th June and asked if someone could come out and look at my blocked toilet (plastic loo cleaner had broken off and got flushed and stuck). Plumber arrived as agreed just after 08:00 next morning. He removed the toilet, extracted the object, reinstalled and tested. He left the bathroom immaculate and asked me to contact again if there were any further problems. Polite and competent first class service.

Arrived bang on time and quickly fixed our cold radiator which was not simply a matter of bleeding it. Also asked if he could do anything else while he was here and he then fixed another cold radiator. Customer service was second to none. Would certainly recommend.

A new main stopcock was fitted. The job was done promptly, efficiently and any choices/problems explained in a straightforward friendly manner. A decent job done with no fuss, what more do you want. I will use again.

I have used Sam Booth before this job. He fixed a leaking feeder tap to my washing machine. This job was to insert an automatic bypass valve in the pipe work supplying the underfloor heating. This should correct the heating overload situation which has been causing my Combi boiler to trip out. Both jobs completed to high standard. Would recommend to anyone for plumbing or central heating needs.

Contacted Beyond Heating for a power flush to resolve our heating issue as not all radiators were heating up. Sam phoned to clarify some questions and an appointment was booked. He established that not all valves were working so these were replaced, then the power flush carried out all within a short timescale. Very happy with service and would highly recommend.

My request for a new bathroom with a suitable overhead shower was fitted into my rather small bathroom in a very professional manner. Mr booth was very hard working and completed the task in the given time to a very high standard. I would recommend his company to anyone. I also asked him to replace my boiler which was also fitted to a high standard and has been very reliable.

I live abroad and depend on Sam and his team to maintain my UK properties. They are flexible and the quality of work is second to none. They aren't the cheapest, but pretty reasonable for the service.

I found Beyond Heating on social media after receiving an astronomical quote for a boiler fix (pretty much a complete replacement) from a rival firm. Sam pointed out it was a simple fix in plain English and completed the work promptly - I’ve used him for boiler services since. He’s reliable and reasonably priced, just as a boiler repairman should be (but rarely is).

Friendly and good communication. Had some additional queries and he came across very knowledgeable.

Beyond Heating take care of all our plumbing and heating needs for our properties; including undertaking a few of our full central heating replacements, bathroom installations and gas cooker connections for us. Sam is reliable, tidy and does incredibly neat pipework, so much so our other tradesman now recommend him to their clients. He’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I highly recommend him to others.
