Once contact was made with Bill the response was rapid, thorough and surprising. Following a request for a video of the area and a consultation with the weather forecast the job was completed within five days (allowing for a weekend break). The estimate was sent after viewing my video of our very badly stained cream patio. We were given a date and a start time. The steam cleaning took just about an hour. Bill paid attention to the smallest details for example pointed out where water could have leaked into the garage so we could take avoidable action. A very few chemicals were need to perfect the job. We were left with a brand new patio!

I was delighted with the cleaning of my Patio which has discoloured badly over the last twelve months. It really looks like new again. Bill is responsive and helpful and clearly knows what is required. Highly recommended.

Our first positive experience was Bill's follow-up to our initial inquiry and his honest assessment of what he could and couldn't do for us. He cleaned the front steps and our front pavers, and they look great. A visitor today thought we'd had everything replaced new. Not only do I recommend this company, I will use them again.

I agreed for a chemical clean rather than a more drastic full power wash clean for our driveway. Bill asked for a video of the driveway and road so as to gauge the work to be done and how the water would drain. He provided a quote for a very reasonable price and performed the work on the date agreed. My wife and I were very pleased with the result which has removed the algae and refreshed the driveway.

The Team exceeded my expectations cleaning my patio and paving steps. They turned up on time and were polite and friendly. We would highly recommend Big Clean Machine. They pressure washed our front drive, rear patios, and paths – all crazy paved, and our front boundary brick wall. We were delighted with the end result which looked like new crazy paving (and new wall) – showing the range of coloured slabs which we had forgotten existed! We approached Big Machine Clean Ltd to clean our patio, front and side drives, choosing them based on the reviews on the Trusted Trader web site. We got a very prompt response, followed by a site visit and immediate quotation a couple of days later. The actual job was done about a week after that. We got a very clear briefing as to how the slabs could be cleaned, and what steps we needed to take to make the process most successful. The team arrived to the minute, did exactly what they had said they would, and transformed the appearance of the patio. They brought all their own equipment in the van, all they needed from us was water and a 240v socket. We are so delighted with the result, the patio and paths are transformed, and our kitchen is much lighter as a result. We were very impressed about the way the work was prepared and done, and how they maintained social distancing throughout the visit and the work.
