We are a reputable family run business based in Barnet, Hertfordshire with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. We take great pride in achieving total customer satisfaction and only believe in offering the finest service. We tailor our service for each individual’s requirements in addition when using our Commercial Jet Washing System. We have established unrivalled cleaning techniques for a variety of outdoor surfaces such as, Block Paving, Brick, Cobbles, Concrete, Crazy Paving, Granite, Portland Stone, Sandstone, Slate, Tarmac, York Stone and many more. Our vehicle is fully equip with none other than the best - Custom built fuel driven commercial cleaning system with an on board water-tank enabling superior cleaning and greater versatility, also allowing cleaning on softer surfaces such as Indian Sandstone, Portland stone and other soft stone - risk free without any damage.

We chose Big Clean Machine Driveway and Patio Cleaning based on reviews on this site. Our first positive experience was Bill's follow-up to our initial inquiry and his honest assessment of what he could and couldn't do for us. He cleaned the front steps and our front pavers, and they look great. A visitor today thought we'd had everything replaced new. Not only do I recommend this company, I will use them again.

I agreed for a chemical clean rather than a more drastic full power wash clean for our driveway. Bill asked for a video of the driveway and road so as to gauge the work to be done and how the water would drain. He provided a quote for a very reasonable price and performed the work on the date agreed. My wife and I were very pleased with the result which has removed the algae and refreshed the driveway.

Fantastic first class job. Very efficient and extremely professional. Bill and his brother came on time and worked really hard. They were friendly, and polite with excellent communication skills. Bill discussed the requirements prior to starting. He has vast knowledge of chemicals and their effects on types of dirt on various slabs. He was very careful around the lawn and plants. Left everything clean and tidy. the end result was brilliant. I had so many positive comments from my family and friends about my patio. I will be using him again and have no hesitation in recommending him.

This is the third time I have used Big Clean Machine. They did an awesome job again on my driveway. Always professional and a pleasure to deal with. They treat your home as if it were their own, taking care where needed and cleaning up after themselves leaving no sign of any mess, despite it being a very messy job. The Team exceeded my expectations cleaning my patio and paving steps. They turned up on time and were polite and friendly. The work was completed in a very tidy and professional way, and all water and weeds were cleared away. We would highly recommend Big Clean Machine. They pressure washed our front drive, rear patios, and paths – all crazy paved, and our front boundary brick wall. We were delighted with the end result which looked like new crazy paving (and new wall) – showing the range of coloured slabs which we had forgotten existed! They gave a highly professional service with good attention to detail, delivered in a courteous and friendly manner. On the initial visit, it was clearly explained what would be achieved by the cleaning, and this expectation was delivered. They left the area clean and tidy and removed evidence of any splashes on our house. Big Clean Machine were recommended to us by our son who had previously used them on two separate occasions.
