Amazing job by Big Clean Machine. Both our driveway and patio look brand new. Bill and his brother Adam were very polite, helpful and friendly. They came promptly, finished much earlier than we anticipated and tidied everything up before they left. Definitely recommend!

This is the second time I have used Big Clean machine and they do a really thorough professional job Bill is efficient and painstaking and makes sure that everything is moved carefully and put back correctly. I am delighted with my sparkling patio - the colours are bright just as they were when it was laid. I have recommended them and would do so again without hesitation.

Prompt and efficient service
Once contact was made with Bill the response was rapid, thorough and surprising. Following a request for a video of the area and a consultation with the weather forecast the job was completed within five days (allowing for a weekend break). The estimate was sent after viewing my video of our very badly stained cream patio. We were given a date and a start time. The steam cleaning took just about an hour. Bill paid attention to the smallest details for example pointed out where water could have leaked into the garage so we could take avoidable action. A very few chemicals were need to perfect the job. We were left with a brand new patio!

Cleaning of front and back patio which was covered in moss and tree slime. We had not had a thorough clean of our patio for some years, which we normally cleaned ourselves. We found this company through the internet and would highly recommend them. Efficient and reliable.
