I cannot recommend this company enough. The service I have experienced has been first-class, from appointment to follow up. I was able to secure a same-day appointment for pest control treatment, which was a huge relief as I have a phobia. I was in a right state when the technician arrived (shaking, holding back tears) but not only did he complete the work efficiently to a high standard, he was very reassuring and was able to put me at ease. The technician was so thorough in his examination that he ended up discovering a second pest problem within my property (a live wasp nest), and treated that problem for me too (at a small additional cost). I was not pressured into buying this additional pest control service: I was given the option and cost, then it was left up to me to decide whether to go ahead, on the spot or in future. The initial treatment price included two visits: one for the treatment and another to follow up on whether the treatment had been effective. All other pest control services I have used in the past offer just the one treatment appointment. At the appointment, the technician offered prevention tips. But after the first visit, I was also provided with a quote by email for additional prevention work I may want to proceed with. This work comes with a year-long guarantee. Everyone I have come into contact with at this company has been friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.
