Black Country Glazing was founded in 1987. Today this is still run as a family business
Customer service is key to our business and the PROFILE 22 system allows us to be versatile and offer a wide choice to our customers.
This choice includes an option of glazed or unglazed frames, as well as sealed units, decorative glass, georgian bars and leaded panels. All are manufactured to BSEN1279 standard at BCG’s 6,000sq ft Station Street site.

We are really pleased with our conservatory which was erected by Dave & Josh, and the adjoining kitchen window installed by Nick. Just keep them supplied with tea and coffee and they are happy – great blokes. This is the second time we have used Black Country Glazing and their quotation was by far the lowest, even though it was for a glass roof, when the other companies were quoting for the cheaper polycarbonate. A high quality job.

Just had new windows and front door fitted, must say everyone we dealt with from Gemma, Paul and the two fitters Dave and Josh were extremely helpful and very friendly. The service we received was second to none, and the workman ship was exceptional nothing too much trouble. Dave and Josh were always on time and did a first class job ,always cleaning up and never leaving any mess. Black Country Glazing has recently supplied and fitted 2 bay windows and a new porch front with composite door to my property and has made an excellent job of both. Our thanks to Gemma who kept us informed throughout when there was a problem with the door supplier which was sorted out and is now an excellent job and looks great. This is the second time I have used them and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I used Black Country glazing and wanted to say it was the best decision I made. We replaced our old wooden front door with a new UPVC door. Black Country glazing gave a very competitive quote, and within a few days they came to measure and did the survey. Then the door was fully fitted. I was looking to have a new front door fitted. After much browsing I found Black Country Glazing via my local paper. I got in touch with them after reading the positive reviews. Dan came out to quote for job on the day and at the time stated. Received quote shortly after and it was a good price, so agreed to proceed with order. Door turned up to be fitted at the time arranged. Door efficiently fitted and no mess left. Really pleased with the whole process from start to finish hence the positive review to join the others.

I selected this company on the basis of other good reviews about them on this site. I had one complete bathroom window and 11 double glazing units fitted to replace older ones that were misting up. I am pleased to say that they lived up to their reputation. They quoted me for what I wanted with no pressure to up-sell me things I did not want. The window fitter (Josh) was punctual, polite and neat in his work. In all my dealings with the company I have found them to be courteous and responsive. I will certainly use this company again and highly recommend them.
