We contracted Blackwell to convert a small, shallow broom closet into a downstairs WC. This involved extending the broom cupboard into our living room to make it large enough for the WC. It was a small space and so a toilet with a sink on top was recommended. Also, due to the location of the room, it was not possible to fit a regular toilet due to no space under the floor for normal waste pipes, therefore a macerator was the only option and the small diameter and pumping system meant it could go into the attic and across into the main waste pipe. We are very happy with the standard of work. It was made good with new flooring, and all of the skirting and coving was replaced in the lounge where the extension to the room had been made. Radiator also fitted. I'd heard stories of macerators being noisy and unreliable. We have had it for two weeks now and am happy with how quiet it is and there have been no issues as yet. Professional company who can be trusted. Thoroughly recommend.

We have just had our annual boiler service by Blackwell Plumbing and Heating. As always the engineer was very professional and efficient. We have used Blackwell Plumbing and Heating since the boiler was installed and always had excellent service from them, they are easy to contact and book an engineer. The main points are,they leave no mess, leave the house as they found it, answer any questions we have and have always arrived at the correct time. There prices are very reasonable for a job well done. We would have no hesitation in recommending to other people.

Blackwell H & P Ltd removed my oil fired heating system and replaced it with a gas heating system - namely a Worcester System boiler on 06/11/2016. The engineers, Adam and Connor took less than 2 days to complete the job. Very clean tidy and polite engineers. The firm also arranged for my old huge metal oil tank to be taken away a few days later. No problems whatsoever with my new heating system and today 07/11/2017, Blackwell returned to do the first one year service on the new boiler. Everything is working OK,,,no problems.
