Iain quoted to replace my 60 your old boiler with a new one. The quote was fair and the price adhered to. Iain had serviced my old boiler three times before and come on a couple of call outs very promptly so I had no qualms as to his reliability. Now I saw his real capability. This was not a straightforward boiler change and there needed to be various plumbing alterations as well as fitment of the new boiler. He worked hard from the first minute on the job that took the best part of four days. He is quite reserved, preferring to work alone and concentrate on what he is doing. Admirable. What he did demonstrate was extreme competence, thoroughness, knowledge and experience as befits someone with 30 years in the trade. The result is a new boiler, perfectly installed with a much improved plumbing system in the home. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Iain for your help and advice.

The work on our heating system was not straightforward but Iain was very meticulous and spent considerable time on the work . The result was excellent and we are delighted with his work which as always was efficient and thorough at all times. Had Iain round today to install my gas fire I was very impressed how punctual he was, he is very professional in his approach to his work and really tidy no mess left at all. The quality of his workmanship is excellent and after the job was finished he explained in detail how to use the appliance. Iain arrived on time and started the work immediately. He was extremely clean and tidy clearing up each day (3 days in total). The agreed estimate was the final invoice and he explained everything as the job progressed. He was very professional and I would certainly recommend his services. When the installation was finished there was a small leak which was rectified immediately. He explained the operation of the boiler clearly in a way that we could understand easily.
