I cannot recommend blinds by mark highly enough from start to finish.it was a very professional polite and informative service.on the day of the quotation mark turned up 3 minutes early which in this day and age goes a long way.the number of tradesman I've had not even turn up and the ones that do are ridiculously late. then on opening the door mark was very friendly he took his shoes off without me having to ask.it took me quite a while to choose what blinds to have and what colour.whilst in this process mark was very patient and gave advice without telling me what to buy.I decided on perfect fit blinds with white frame and metallic slats .once mark finished measuring up mark gave me the price and I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable it was.i agreed to go ahead with the order when mark was leaving I asked how long it would take to be completed mark said it can be up to 2 weeks. but he always tries to complete his orders as soon as possible. 3 days later I received a phone call saying my blinds would ready for fitting in 3 days time .we booked in a time for fitting and turned up on time the fitter was a lovely man called john.he was very polite and friendly he was very quick. John tided up after fitting the blinds he was very clean once finished i was very happy with the job.it finished the room off perfectly and standard of the blinds were very high . I have a 3 year warranty I highly recommend blinds by mark to anyone a great friendly service really high standards punctual and at a reasonable price I give him 5 stars rating

This is the third time I have used Blinds by Mark. This time I had 3 slatted blinds fitted side by side in my bedroom window. My window is 3 metres wide so is tricky to get anything that will look good. Mark suggested I have 1 big blind and 2 smaller blinds to make it look even and he was right as they look great. The price is amazing as if I could get the sizes off the peg it would actually cost me more. The fitter was polite and was very neat and tidy leaving no mess. I would thoroughly recommend using Mark for any blinds and I will be using him again.
