I had a solar and battery package installed by Bliss at the beginning of November but had my initial contact with them in the summer when I started to research getting solar installed at my house. I obtained quotes and was visited by a number of firms, but I chose Bliss as they are based locally to me and their price was in line with the highest rated national installers using the same equipment. From initial consultation and through the install process communication was great, either via email, by telephone or in person. Everything was explained in detail and any question or query I had dealt with promptly. Although getting all of our dates to line up for the install was touch and go, everything went smoothly and our system was commissioned and running on the day it went up. Bliss were also very helpful putting me in touch with a local contractor for some remedial works to our roof. I am very pleased with the system installed and the recommendations I received from Bliss during the process. Thanks in particular to Iain, Alex and Ashley who have been very helpful from beginning to end and I will be happy to recommend Bliss to anyone considering a solar install at their property.

Having had a terrible experience with a local solar company (still ongoing) Iain from Bliss made contact with me through an online enquiry I made on the Enphase website. I made an appointment with Iain and we talked through what I required and his knowledge left me feeling confident that they could deliver what I wanted. Within 3 weeks I have the system up and running, a far cry from the other company who took my deposit in September last year.
