Refreshing to get such a rapid and reliable service in this day and age. Contacted BLS for a quote to rebuild my chimney as well as a few bricks below the damp course, Was told they could come out to quote that same day (which they did), told I would get the quote by the end of the day (which I did) and after accepting it, was told that they could start and finish the work the following week (which they did). Excellent, professional staff who were friendly, reliable and punctual. An excellent company that I would highly recommend.

Right from the first contact BLS were extremely professional. Brian kept us informed at a stages and the workmen who actually completed the job were very polite and efficient. They did not take a break and left the site in a clean condition. I can’t recommend them enough

After worrying for a long time about the state of the roof on our barn conversion, BLS inspected it and pointed out the repairs necessary. 3 of his team carried out the repairs to a very high standard over 3 days, they were professional with high standards and determined to make sure the roof was properly maintained. BLS then quoted us for gutter replacement and again were on site very quickly to carry out the work. If you need roof repairs, don’t look any further than BLS they are an honest company with high standards of workmanship and professionalism.

Brian responded quickly to my query and came to see us next day. He checked the issue and agreed with us what needed doing to rectify at a price we found to be very reasonable. He told me he wasn’t sure when it would be done but it would be in the next 2 weeks, as it was it was 2 days, so no waiting at all. His workmen were friendly and polite and just got on with the job. Can’t fault the service at all

BLS are fantastic. The work was quoted quickly and Brian worked around our timings as we had to delay works slightly. The work was completed by Matt and Henry to a great standard - when they discovered our chimney was open to the elements at the top, they capped it without adding to the cost. Brilliant to see people take such pride in their work.

BRIAN CAME TO SURVEY THE JOB AND SENT ME A QUOTE ON THE SAME DAY, WHICH I ACCEPTED AND HE ARRANGED FOR HIS TEAM TO COME THE FOLLOWING WEEK FOR 2 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. ON THE START DAY, 3 POLITE AND HARD-WORKING ROOFERS ARRIVED AND GOT ON WITH THE JOB. FINNISHING IN JUST OVER 2 DAYS. ROOF LOOKED GREAT AND NO MESS LEFT BEHIND. BRIAN RETURNED TO COLLECT PAYMENT AT MY REQUEST AND TO ANSWER SOME SOME QUERIES I HAD FROM INSIDE THE ATTIC. HE PUT MY MIND AT EASE AND ARRANGED FOR HIS TEAM TO COME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY TO RESOLVE SOME MINOR ISSUES I HAD. JOB WELL DONE.

Contacted them about a leaking valley and 2 flat bay tops. Brian came quickly and assessed the situation and advised us of the solutions. He sent us a quote the same day and on acceptance he gave us an accurate timescale for when he would be able to start. As promised he came when he said and the work was completed over 2 days by 3 very friendly and polite roofers. They took the time to match the tiles by using weathered ones from another area that couldn't be seen and replacing them with newer tiles. They tidied up after themselves each day. The whole experience was very positive and I highly recommend them.

Very happy with the service we received. BLS is a very efficient company to deal with. Following wind damage to the soffit on the front of our bungalow Brian responded the same morning to assess the damage and then returned that day to make it safe. Later BLS Roofing replaced all the front soffit and fascia. We are very pleased with the workmanship, the fitters were also pleasant and helpful and everywhere was left tidy.

The lads showed me where the problems were & explained what they were doing to remedy them. A very polite, tidy & hardworking team.

After a stormy weekend, I'm sure that Brian had a lot of call-outs, but he was able to get to me within the hour of my call to him. I'd had a significant leak in the downstairs toilet ceiling, from an obsolete ventilation tile in the porch-style roof. He talked me through the issues and had quoted on the job within a couple of hours – with a price I was happy to pay. He had said he hoped to be able to get the job done that week, or the next at the very latest – which didn't seem unreasonable to me. But, as it turned out, he was able to get it sorted first thing the next morning. So the whole issue was resolved in a stress-free way in little over 24 hours.
