Brian responded almost immediately to my request on Sunday, 31 Aug. Arranged to visit the same day to carry out a quote. Brian hoped to start and complete the work within 3 weeks. Despite the quote being a little higher than others, I was pleased that I chose to go with BLS roofing specialist. Brian messaged on Wednesday, 3rd, to say his team could carry out the work on Thursday, 4th. The team was prompt, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the day and completed the job the same day, ensuring that the property's surroundings were clean and all rubble was removed. Walked me around the completed work, explaining what had been done whilst ensuring that I was happy with the final result. Invoice supplied and paid the same day. Very professional company with a positive can-do attitude. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Refreshing to get such a rapid and reliable service in this day and age. Contacted BLS for a quote to rebuild my chimney as well as a few bricks below the damp course, Was told they could come out to quote that same day (which they did), told I would get the quote by the end of the day (which I did) and after accepting it, was told that they could start and finish the work the following week (which they did). Excellent, professional staff who were friendly, reliable and punctual. An excellent company that I would highly recommend.

Right from the first contact BLS were extremely professional. Brian kept us informed at a stages and the workmen who actually completed the job were very polite and efficient. They did not take a break and left the site in a clean condition. I can’t recommend them enough

After worrying for a long time about the state of the roof on our barn conversion, BLS inspected it and pointed out the repairs necessary. 3 of his team carried out the repairs to a very high standard over 3 days, they were professional with high standards and determined to make sure the roof was properly maintained. BLS then quoted us for gutter replacement and again were on site very quickly to carry out the work. If you need roof repairs, don’t look any further than BLS they are an honest company with high standards of workmanship and professionalism.

Brian responded quickly to my query and came to see us next day. He checked the issue and agreed with us what needed doing to rectify at a price we found to be very reasonable. He told me he wasn’t sure when it would be done but it would be in the next 2 weeks, as it was it was 2 days, so no waiting at all. His workmen were friendly and polite and just got on with the job. Can’t fault the service at all
