Assessment of some recently noticed movement of the ridge tiles, when work would be likely to be done time and the actual work were all very professional, friendly, timely and straight forward because of these attributes. The area of the dry-fitted ridge tiles was stripped back and new Dry Ridge Fit Kit installed for the tiles. The reason for the disturbance of the ridge tiles when stripping back was explained and resolved by virtue of the refit. Quote and Invoice were clear and corresponded in price. This work has just been done, so as with any work I will naturally remain vigilant, but that is just what we all would do. The finished work now corresponds again with the expected the tidy standard of surrounding properties. I have been very comfortable with my contact with BLS, it has been a pleasure.

The shingle roof on our garden room was leaking and we sought several quotes. Brian came up with the best solution - lightweight slates - rather than replacing shingles or just re-felting. His team arrived promptly, were very courteous, professional and tidy. The roof was stripped, waterproof membrane fitted and the slates (with ridge tiles on all four corners) were secured all within 36 hours of arrival. They were asked to replace a cowl and repoint a very tall domestic chimney. Work carried out promptly on the appointed date. Scaffolding erected efficiently and work done as required. Tidied up properly afterwards, and work completed in one day.
