Brian and the team did a great job. Came to take a look and give a quote and immediately identified the problem. Sorted within a couple of weeks. The lads that came were polite, friendly and respectful. Checked I was happy with the work once completed. Really pleased, would highly recommend!

Our roof was in desperate need of repair but having an old property didn’t want a new look. The team used reclaimed tiles and reused our originals where they could. SO IMPRESSED by Brain and his team. Cannot praise them enough. Brian came very promptly, to advise on our leaking fibreglass roof after only 7 years. He said this was a more common problem now with the fibreglass as it was cracking. The 2 lovely courteous young men came exactly when promised and on time. We had a 3 layer felt applied, with great attention to detail, most impressed. They worked so hard. Left every where tidy and clean. Very reasonable quote, Heartly recommend.

I’ve just had both valleys on my roof replaced with fibre glass valleys. I’ve also had tiles replaced. Re-flaunch top of the chimney stack. Excellent workmanship. Photos taken at every stage for me to see. Left clean and tidy afterwards with all rubbish taken away. I can highly recommend both their work, and work ethics. They are honest and trustworthy, and confident the customer is in safe hands.

We found Brian through an Internet search, reviews were good and we asked him to quote to replace a leaking fibre glass shed roof with a rubber roof. Brian came to look at the job promptly but felt that this wouldn’t be the best solution for us. He explained his reasons and we acted on his recommendation. We accepted his quote and he kept us fully informed as to when he could fit the job in. His team came when scheduled and covered the roof in 9mm ply, fitted two layers of torch-on underlay and finished in 4.5mm charcoal mineral cap sheet. They were very efficient and worked tidily. We got photos of the work at all stages and are very happy with the job. We were pleased that Brian didn’t just do what we thought we wanted but took the time to consider the best solution for us.

The BLS team arrived and checked the chimney external brickwork. (The team had previously carried out some roof repairs for me, new valleys and repairs to broken tiles). They found that the chimney brickwork was damaged in places and porous. They carried out remedial work and painted Storm Guard on the brickwork. This work was carried out without charge as I already had Storm guard and brushes available. Many thanks to BLS.

Excellent service and competitive prices from Brian. All ridge tiles removed and reused within a dry ridge system. Chimney stacks repointed, pots flaunched and missing or broken tiles replaced. The contract was carried out early through negotiation, the team arrived early on the notified day and worked hard to maintain the agreed schedule. The eaves on the property were done 1st day. 2nd day they set about the garage roof and again worked efficiently to get the job completed to a high standard in good time. Good comms with contractor throughout.

Quick response on my very worried elderly parents property. Called BLS on the Saturday afternoon and the firm arrived Monday morning. Replaced storm damaged tiles, moss clean and gutters cleared. Lads were very courteous and cleaned up after. Fantastic job done. Thank you

Brian called to inspect the problem soon after being contacted and made a recommendation on site. Approximate date for work was set, and, with a two day reminder, was stuck to as agreed. A prompt start on the day led to an an efficient demolition of the chimney stack, and with a slight delay for a mishap which was effectively rectified, the tiling was finished and the job completed to our complete satisfaction. On conclusion the site was left neat and tidy, and the invoice came in as quoted … a very pleasing result delivered by a company which is to be highly recommended.

After a period of heavy rain I had two roof leaks causing damp patches on the bedroom walls around a chimney. Brian returned my call within a couple of hours and visited to assess the causes within a few days. He provided a verbal assessment of what was required and the cost back to me quickly. This was quickly followed by the written estimate and the work itself. The team of roofers worked thoroughly, cheerily and diligently for several hours continuously taking the tiles off and identifying the potential causes of the leaks before repairing and re-assembling the roof areas with extra protection. All of their work was backed up by photographs so I could see the full picture of what they had done. I was delighted to have had the problems resolved with a couple of weeks of the initial call as per the estimate.

Rogue traders had left me with a leaking brick built shed roof. I'm so glad that, after much researching, I opted to employ BLS to completely re-roof this shed. Their quote, whilst acceptable, was not the cheapest. The company was happy to liaise with me to answer any queries I had and explained exactly why they recommended the type of roofing that was best suited to my needs. I was subsequently sent phots of the work's progression. I now have a competently re-roofed shed and peace of mind. I would certainly use this company again, if needed.

I had water ingress down the cable end wall and chimney area. I looked at reviews and BLS roofing were highly rated. Brian came out on a weekend and he immediately knew what the problem was and the best course of action to remedy it. He didn’t try to push for extra work and his quote came through quickly. It wasn’t cheap but right for the job in hand and competitive . I had to wait about a month for a start date but Brian kept me updated. His crew of three arrived and got to work like a well oiled machine. I expected it to take 2 days but it was done in one. The damage and repairs was photographed and shared. Everything was tidied and cleaned as if they had never been. There are a lot of cowboys out there, but BLS roofing is not amongst them and I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again

I had an issue with water ingress down the chimney breast. I contacted BLS for a quote to compare work required and cost of a quote by another company. Both quotes were very similar for both work required and price. I decided to use BLS as Brian was very approachable. Hi kept to his forecast repair date and price. His team were very competent, carried out the repairs to a high standard and made sure the site was left clean and tidy. I highly recommend BLS.

I contacted BLS as I had water running down a chimney breast in a bedroom during heavy rain. Brian got back to me within a few minutes and came out to assess the problem. He recommended re-pointing the chimney stack, reflaunching the pots and fibre glass coating the lead flashing. He also identified some loose slates. He quoted a fair price and the work was fitted in despite a run of bad weather. The workmen took before and after photos which showed the work had been completed neatly and to a high standard. I would recommend BLS and would use them again.

Investigated leaking roof and identified problem and carried out repairs. Brian visited to look at the job and provide quote. His team attended and carried out the repairs in a professional and efficient manner and explained the cause and solution carried out. Very courteous and left the site in a very tidy condition. BLS roofing carried out repairs to the valley over a bay window replacing the leadwork. The team arrived on time, very polite and carried out the work efficiently and tidily. Brian kept in contact before and after ensuring we were happy with job done.

I cannot thank Brian and his team enough. Following heavy rain last weekend, I had a major leak. Brain who I have used before on another job, was quick to come out at the agreed time and date. Broken concrete on sides roof valleys quoted for with preceding discussion on the option of rebedding. Work done within a couple of weeks, tidy and efficient team. Not necessarily the cheapest but Im confident in the quality of the work, which for roofs is important as its no longer the sort of job within my DIY field. Thank you.
