I literally just read through some of the reviews on this page . I did check out Brian’s reviews on a different site before contacting him. I have to say I agree with all the great comments. Ultra professional, fast, great communications. I requested a quote on Friday ,Saturday Brian came around , the quote was accepted and the work ( repairs to slate roof) was done today Thursday 20 th Aug 2020. It doesn’t get better. Hard workers, polite, friendly and trustworthy. Don't hesitate to book this company.

Spoke with Brian (15th July} after he worked on neighbour's summerhouse. He called, quickly surveyed the work necessary and replied with a pair of quotes the same day. The next day I agreed the work to be done (before August). After two weeks, Brian called and said the work could be done today (30 July) if timing suitable. His guys turned up on time, started straight away and took about 6-7 hours. The were courteous and careful to ensure any mess was kept to a minimum. Very satisfied with the quality of work and attitude of staff

Brian came out and to assess the work required and provided a quote the same day. Repairs carried out to a high standard by a punctual and courteous team. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thanks

Fascia/Soffits/Guttering. Brian fully understood what was needed. The guys turned up on the agreed day and despite it being one of the hottest days they were cheerful and pleasant. Very happy with the work as quoted. There were no problems but the aftercare is good should it be needed Certainly would recommend this company, excellent work.

Rang on Monday about 3 loose ridge tiles on roof. Came that afternoon to assess and said they would attend the next day which they did. Really good job, fixed all tiles and cleaned up after themselves. Invoice as quoted. What more could you want!

I approached one of Brian’s guys working on a neighbours property on Tues afternoon. I spoke to Brian directly that evening and explained the problem, with damp. He provided a quote, which was acceptable and advised the job would be done the next afternoon. It wasn’t a huge job, but he maintained personal contact. The job was completed as promised on Wednesday pm. I have no hesitation in recommending BLS Roofing.

Great customer service and a great job done. Brian gave excellent advice. His team who did the job were very knowledgeable and carried out the work to a high standard. I was very pleased with the work done and would definitely recommend this company.

When I contacted Brian he came to my home promptly to assess a roof leak and gave me a price for the work, promising the repair would be done shortly. He rang me a few days later and fixed a time for the job to be done. John came at the appointed time and quickly carried out the repair.

I had a few ridge tiles blow off my roof, so contacted Brian on the recommendation of a neighbour. He came out the same day to assess the damage and remove the loose tiles. That evening I had quotes to simply refix the loose tiles or remove and refix all of the ridge tiles with a modern system. There was no pressure to make any particular choice, but I chose to have them all done. On the day the work was done, the guys turned up on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Once done, they tidied up and you wouldn't know they'd been here. Highly recommended!

I have used Brian before - this is the 3rd time. I emailed with a leak problem on 10th Feb 2020 and got a response same day. On 11th Feb the problem had been assessed and was quoted. By 24th the job was completed and invoiced despite the weather when he must have been busy. Brian is fast and efficient and I can thoroughly recommend him.

I Contacted BLS Roofing on Monday after the weekend storms had blown some slates from my roof, leaving a hole. Brian came round the same day to assess the work, he contacted me later that day with an estimate and a date for the work to start. He phoned me a day later to move forward the work and by Wednesday evening the work was completed. Thanks BLS for helping me so promptly, I have used you before and will do again.

Very nice and polite men. Cleaned up after themselves. Work done in one morning and would defo recommend them.

My house is over 200 years old. I had a roof leak that several other companies either failed to turn up or didn't get back to me. Brian visited on the day agreed and gave me a price and anticipated start date the same evening. His team arrived as agreed, identified the problem and started work. John and Ron were knowledgeable and totally professional. They gave me photographs of the problem they identified and started work at once. It was a job that, although looked extensive to me, they completed on the same day. Brian provided photographs of the work as it progressed and on completion, telephoned the same evening to ask if I was satisfied with the work and assured me that, if there were any further problems, he was only a phone call away. Until we have the next heavy rain I can't be sure that the problem is completely resolved but I have every confidence. Thank you Brian - BLS is definitely my company of choice.

Brian and his team are excellent, he was the only roofer that even bothered replying to my call. Attended when he said he would, gave a quote that afternoon and date when he could complete work which as it was Christmas and he was busy said it would be 1st/2nd week in January . He came 1st week. Work took just 2 days, new valley, membrane and tidying up and re pointing 2 valleys. Replacing guttering around the whole back of house. Excellent work, his roofers very efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend. In fact have recommended him to next door neighbour, so he now has another job.

Had a new roof valley fitted by BLS roofing. The roofers arrived as scheduled and did a great job. Price was agreed before work commenced.

Brian visited us to price up the job, and we had his quote the same day. We booked the work to be done and Brian give us a lead time which was adhered to. He contacted us and gave us notice of when the work would be completed and his guys turned up as planned nice and early. They worked for most of the day without stopping, replacing all our ridge tiles with a dry ridge system and replacing lead flashing around our chimney stack. They were polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks really neat and I am very pleased with the quality of their work. I would recommend B.L.S. Roofing to anyone considering any roofing work. Thanks Brian.

Repaired slipped tiles and repaired/replaced lead flashing also cleaned adjacent guttering. Carried out to agreed timescales and budget. Excellent communication throughout process and arrived when agreed. Roofer was polite and informative, advising on any other potential problems. Planning to use them again.

I cannot fault the workforce or Brian. Had to wait a while but they are so busy I'm surprised they made it here at all. We are in the highest block of flats for miles around and it posed no problem to the two lads that turned up. They are all very polite, hard working and above all else highly knowledgeable. Don't think they need it but highly recommended and I will use this company before all others for all the complex roof work - this is the second time I have had them here and its always very professional and fairly priced.

BLS Roofing have us a quote same day that the Manager, Brian Stokle came at the weekend to survey the roof, water pouring through our ceilings and cause damp on the walls price was competitive and his 'lads' were there 5 days later and did a fantastic neat job, doing extra work to make our roof totally waterproof. I would recommend BLS as honest, reliable and doing an excellent job. 😃 Now happy and most importantly, dry!

Repaired the roof and gutter on my kitchen extension. Turned up on time and did a thorough and tidy job. Good friendly service.

We have a very old slate roof which had experienced a fair bit of damage with slates missing, broken and moved. BLS repaired the roof and made it water tight exactly when they said they would and charged the quoted price,. I know our roof will likely need replacing before too long and have no issues in using the services of BLS as and when we can afford to get this done. Great work, Good price, Nice people....What more could you ask for?

I had a broken/missing roof tile on my flat in UK. I searched for a roofer on mybuilder.com and Brian had 100% positive reviews. I live in France but Brian rang me the same day and then kept me informed throughout via email. He provided a very reasonable quote very quickly and completed the work soon after.
