I chose Blue Flame Gas Solutions Ltd for several reasons: 1. It was listed on both the Vaillant AND Worcester Bosch websites. 2. Garry Lloyd visited the house to give me a quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. 3. I was not pressured into accepting the quote. Garry emailed the quote a few hours later. It was competitive. I was very pleased with the installation: The engineers were very polite and helpful. They arrived on time and worked hard all day, without rushing. They tidied up afterwards. Garry Lloyd came to check the work of his engineers a couple of days later. I would definitely recommend Blue Flame Gas Solutions Ltd.

Our boiler had been misbehaving but we were off to Benidorm for Xmas, decided to wait until we had come back to get it fixed, bad move. Came home with flu virus and a boiler that had completely deceased. Contacted Blue Flame, Garry came to time, arranged everything. What a pleasure to deal with, in no time at all I have a new boiler installed and a lovely warm home. The work was very professional and the fitter Leon cleaned up, you wouldn't have known anyone had been working there. I would recommend this young firm for not only professional attitude but also the friendly way that things are handled, you are more than a number.

No pressure to have the job done with them, he emailed price which we agreed. Phoned us a couple of days later to say they had a slot on Monday morning, arrived on time on Monday finished that day. Gary called next day and we settled the bill.

Had a new condenser boiler fitted. Carl did a fantastic job. He was professional, polite and thorough. He made sure boiler and the new Hive control was working before he left. He left no mess, old boiler was taken away. Follow up with Garry next day to talk through warranty and check boiler was working after install. Fabulous customer service. Would highly recommend Blue Flame Gas Solutions. Fantastic price and service.

Im getting on a bit so for me while I expect (and got) brilliant installation service 6 years ago, its the maintenance and service thereafter that is equally important to me. Now like I said age is starting to take its toll - the eyesight isnt all it was and as for trying to remember anything remotely useful about what to do once i a blue moon (ie after a power cut or if I am going to reprogramme the thingy {see what I mean useless at the terminology!!}) Enter Garry. I have to say he is nothing short of amazing on customer service. Not only can he talk me through what to do on the phone usually, if I still have difficulty he sends me a video! Oh that might not sound much to some of you but to someone on a pension that saves me a call out charge. I pay my maintenance costs monthly which works out superbly for me because I am not faced with huge bills and what's more I had a choice of bronze silver gold or platinum service. Oh and I hate saying this (because I do love seeing him he is such a nice guy) but he really has thought of everything and I have NEVER seen him without a smile on his face and thats damned rare today.

Overall service prompt, reliable and competitive considering the works we had. After an initial consultation with a large well known heating engineering business, we were advised that we would need to invest in a significant amount of reconfiguration works as part of a replacement boiler fit out which we were struggling to comprehend. Blue Flame Gas Solutions were recommended to us for a second opinion and after the initial consultation we never looked back. Garry and the team were extremely knowledgeable with our existing system brand, were able to advise on the best replacement system that was fit for purpose and were able to clearly articulate the reasons why we didn’t need to invest unnecessary reconfiguration works in addition to the replacement boiler. Communication with the business was easy and we were fully kept up to date every step of the way. Back office arrangements are second to none for a small business. Installation with the engineering team was engaging and all workmanship was clean and tidy. We were provided with full instructions and a thorough handover of everything before leaving us. Even after installation when we had some technical issues with the wireless smart thermostat, the business were very accommodating and quick to respond with switching us over to a hard wired thermostat to resolve. A Job Well Done We returned from holiday to a freezing cold house and ultimately a condemned boiler. So pleased we found, via the boiler manufacturers website, Blue Flame Gas Solutions. Garry came round within 3 hours of our initial call and suggested repositioning the new boiler, accordingly he gave us a very competitive quote for all the parts & labour involved. The lads arrived right on the expected time and proceeded to protect all the areas where they were going to be working. They got on with the job in a professional manner. We were very pleased with their work ethics and the outcome of the installation. Throughout they were polite and courteous. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a replacement or maintenance. I am a landlord and have been using been using Blue Flame for about 18 months after being let down by a previous Gas Safe Engineer. I have used Blue Flame for boiler services, gas safety certificates, gas connection, and now a complete overhaul of a leaking older central heating system, which is now like new. Had this boiler fitted by Garry from Blue Flame. His work on installing was fantastic, from getting a quote using their online , which was easy and straightforward, to the installation of the new boiler. He did everything efficiently and tidily, cleared up after himself and left my house as he found it, but with a new boiler. Showed me what to do with the initial set up, just made everything very easy. So impressed and would thoroughly recommend, good prices , and more personal service than with the bigger companies.
