We got a reminder message a day before the work was scheduled. They came on time, laid a protector sheet all over the floor to keep our house tidy. They have good problem-solving skills (replacing the cracked roof tiles). Very happily recommend them to others.

As promised Blue Flame arrived exactly on time and three "gentlemen" set about their work in a methodical and professional way. They each answered any questions raised throughout the day and finished at 5pm but only after they had cleaned up and explained how to operate the boiler. I will certainly recommend Blue Flame to all my friends.

We received a very friendly and very professional service. Worked nonstop from early morning until the evening. Quality of workmanship excellent. We had been without heating for over 2 weeks and when we approached Garry at Blue Flame although he was booked up until March he said he would fit us in with the next 2 days which was fantastic. The work was carried in a polite and professional manner and given thorough instructions how to work it. They took all the rubbish away and completed the work to a high satisfaction. Would recommend them to anyone.

The team were prompt, arriving on time. They were polite, and pleasant, with a really good attitude. They were efficient and excellent workers. They were clean and tidied up at the end of the day, leaving the house spotless. Good value for money and fitted 1 boiler and 5 radiators in one day. 100% would recommend. ( And they were nice to our dog!!) Genuinely nice gentlemen!

Was recommended Garry for a new boiler installation and not disappointed at all. From the first meet Garry was polite and talked us through the installation and a choice of boiler. On the day of installation , Garry and Ryan worked diligently throughout the day. All carpets were covered and paintwork protected for the removal of my old boiler. The new boiler was installed and operating at the end of a 11 hour day for the guys. Everything was left spotless. Five star plus company.

Extremely pleased with the jobs that were done by this firm's plumbers, they gave a time of arrival, and they were on the dot. They changed 2 taps and a shower control valve, and then our back boiler was serviced, all jobs finished clean and tidy, can't fault them.
