Engineers arrived promptly to install our new Worcester Bosch. Gary was very informative and explained all the technical procedures including flushing of the radiators. We understood and questions we asked were answered in a polite and courteous way. Engineers were very considerate in leaving house clean & tidy. Impressed with their professional manner.

Had a new boiler fitted by Gary and his team in April. Can honestly say the service received lived up to the on-line info on Worcester, Checkatrade & Which sites. It was very refreshing to find a company so professional, friendly, excellent value, that took great pride in their work and were not out to rip you off (when Gary came to personally assess my requirements he explained in full why I needed a certain level of boiler - other quotes I had all recommended far higher spec boilers costing £100's of pounds more). Have already recommended to friends and family. Outstanding service received from personal quote, through fit, to call back to stop 2 radiators weeping.

From the moment they came to see what I wanted done they were all very polite and professional.
