Blue Flame came recommended by my daughter knowing that I was looking for a replacement boiler so I gave Gary a call. He came, looked at what needed to ber done, gave me a cost including radiators that needed to be replaced. The work to be done the following week. I accepted, pleased with the price. The installation was straight forward, engineer was so tidy and the finished work perfect.

Punctual, polite and very professional, just a few of the words I could use to describe this team of craftsmen. The work I required was the removal of an old coal central heating system and the installation of a new gas central heating system, this work was completed extremely quickly (1½ days) and to a very high standard. Throughout the process I was kept up to date by Garry and his team and consulted at every stage about ideas, decisions and recommendations. They also kept my house as clean as possible during the job, removing all rubbish and mess created once completed, so much so you'd have hardly known they'd been, other than the new boiler. The initial consultation helped us plan exactly what work was going to be required, which boiler would be best, the right location for it and all the additional information needed to make it happen and work for my home, this I feel is why the final cost was the same as the quote, no hidden extras, everything as discussed before the job started, and at a very good competitive price. Due to problems with my gas provider they were unable to fully certify the gas system on the final day and arrangements were made so they could returned at a later date to complete the job, there were no extra costs or complaints, they were very happy to accommodate my situation. I would definitely recommend Garry and his entire team at Blue Flame Gas Solutions Ltd to anybody who wants a professional job at a reasonable price.
